Savanna is 15, a year before the experiment. It seemed like eons ago, now, though. She was siting on the porch with Henry, talking about what they would do when they were older, Henry was 16. But age didn't matter, he had already become an amazing, wicked smart, boy with a lab. Or a cabin, really. It used to seem so funny, now her whole life seemed like, one big joke. He was talking infomercial ear about his latest experiment plan, that he and been working on for a long time, a machine that was supposed to drill to Earths core to look at it. It was brilliant, no scientist and ever attempted such a feat. They were both laughing over something, Savanna couldn't remember what, though. And he was close, too. Maybe next year it would be ready. Or as ready as it would ever be. He took her to his shop, or lab, and showed her the machine that would do it. It looked to sharp to even look at. But it was beautiful, nevertheless. She re breed loving at, and loving Henry for making it. But than she saw the mistake, there was something, a little whole on the bottom, and Henry told her he was  going to fix it. Than she remembered he never did. And in that whole was the engine that relied on the most dangerous, and delicate, substance of all time: Ozonephylatis.

Savanna jerked awake. "Ozonephylatis! That wasn't he final ingredient of of the cure! It could destroy anything in its path. Which meant that when it hit the core it must have backfired  and melted part of the core! And everyone knows you can't live without Earths core! That would explain everything!" They needed to get that cure back.

Little did she know that Reyna was listening in on her talking to herself.
