Kai woke up in a cell, just as someone approached him. He braced himself to get kicked, or shot,,or punched at. But nothing happened. Instead he felt the soothing sensation of water going down his throat. He looked to see someone he had never seen before, at least he thought he had never. She was girl with shoulder length blonde hair.
"My name is Tanya, and I am going to get you out of here"
Savanna climbed through tunnel after tunnel. But she guessed she. Wasn't exactly climbing, more just like crawling. But anyhow, she finally found her self wading in knee deep water. And than nothing, then more water, this time up to her face. Water wasn't usually like this, was it? It has only been a few weeks and already she had forgotten what swimming felt like. What the old outside used to look like. Then she stepped out into wet soil. Soil. It was beautiful, even before Henry's experimented had backfired, she had never seen anything like it. The whole world wasn't destroyed, she though. She saw a sign that said

Which meant there was non Purge people here!
"Hi, you my momma?"little girl was in front of her, tugging in Savannas sleeve.
"No sweetie, I'm not, where did you see her last" Savannas heart went out to this little girl.
"Right where you standed, wight as you camed she goned herself" the little girl,started to cry.
Tanya hoped she wouldn't have to betray Kai. But she knew it was inevitable. Her mom had told her to make him trust her, take her to her house, and kill him. But she was having second thoughts. She would run away from her mom, Reyna, and stay with Kai forever.
