The door was locked. And now Savanna was stuck in a room with, not one but two people who wanted to kill her. As she got so caught up,in her thoughts that she didn't notice Henry sneaking up,from behind her with a knife, posed to stab Savanna. She whirled around just in time to see the knife come speeding towards her. She closed her eyes and braced herself for the pain, but non came. Savanna heard the shot, before she saw it. When she opened her eyes Henry was lying motionless on the ground. A wound with blood oozed from his abdomen. Horror stricken she turned and saw Kai, looking baffles, as he stared at his gun than at Henry. Then at Savanna. Savanna ran over. To Henry's side crying all the way. She turned to Kai.
"That wasn't a real bullet, right?" Grief and sorrow filled the words with sadness, like she had never felt before.
Kai seemed at loss for words.
"I-uh-yes, I am so-uh- very sorry" he stuttered with each word.
She cried over his body. The gunshot still echoing in her mind.
