Lost and Hunted

      Reyna watched as her soldiers uploaded the rest of the equipment. And medics. They were so close to a cure. So close.........

Melinda sent a message to very time she could. And today was a day she could. She snuck up on the bird. She still didn't understand why they had to go all medieval times stuff. Probably to not get caught. But anyhow, her message was clear:

Capture the girl.
Kill the boy.

Kai wasn't in any danger right now. Except with his heart. He was arguing with himself to talk to Savanna, or not to. He paced the room, talking to himself, and arguing with himself. This was the state he was in when Savanna walked in.

Savanna gaped in astonishment. What was he doing?
"Hi-uh-how are you? I hope your good, not that I like you or anything, well, I mean I like you. But-uh-not in that way. No definitely not. Not that you not pretty or anything. You are-uh-I mean" he slapped his forehead.
"Wow, your, your beautiful. I-I love you" Savanna surprised herself and.........laughed. It felt good. Pretty soon Kai was, too. Then they were on the floor laughing until their stomachs hurt. She was pretty shore someone walked in, and than they were laughing, too. Then she thought about what Kai had said. And she was back to hating him again.

Kai couldn't believe he had said that. He got up and walked out of the room, which had fallen completely silent. He walked to the bath room. He rises water over his face. And for the first time in his life, besides when his parents had passed away, he cried. He was, so, so, so stupid. Why?

Savanna walked back to her room, she stopped when she saw who was standing there: the doctor, Melissa, and some people she had never seen before. But she knew right away who they were: RESCUE.
