Lili
Getting out from the car to the hot and stiffling night of Amarante will be the less risked step that Lili will give to save her best friend and all the Thomas Riseman's victims, all Gondar residents. She felt sick about all the situation, knowing the girls came from a rural place like Gondar, with no conditions and they were promised a better life to get stucked in filthy containers, like the one she got stucked too, not many days ago.
Each step she takes in the direction of the warehouse transfers to her a bigger weight in her legs, feeling the possibility of not be successful. But she can't think like that right now. People depend on her - Night can't be here and for more strong she has been until now, she will not handle for much longer all the pressure her body is suffering by the programmed micro devices in her brain and heart that the crazy scientist, her real father, unsuspectedly incorporated in his own daughter and now she has her life in danger each day it passes.
Only few steps away from there and Lili looks everywhere. The sun is finally rising in the horizon, but inside of the warehouse she will not have any chance unless trusting in the scientist to protect her against his guards.
At the moment she gets to the huge entrance from the old warehouse, Lili looks reluctantly to the video cameras in the up corners of the methalic entrance.
When she sees nobody is answering, Lili considers to knock on the huge and methalic warehouse door with her fist at the height of her head. Suddenly the big door is slowly opened and Lili sees Thomas Riseman with a confused look in his face and paler than the last time she saw him. He makes a gesture for her to come inside while he looks everywhere fearing something. Lili silently gets in looking too everywhere for any sign of the guards.
Lili gets to see the containers are still there, but all the place is quiet, no muffled noises, no sobs or screams and cryings. "Where are the girls?" that's the only thing Lili can think of.
Only when Lili gets in the Thomas Riseman's office, all the memories come at the surface and she only can think in her best friend and the fact her life is in danger.
When Thomas Riseman less expects, Lili shoot a angered look in his direction before talking:
- Why can't I hear noises? Where are the people that were in the containers?
Thomas Riseman looks directly to Lili's eyes, completed defeated before talking for the first time:
- They took them Miss Gomes... Yesterday night.

José
He feels a light movement from Night's hand, which he has been holding since he got close to her and he wakes up suddenly from his light and troubled sleep, threatening his sanity at each minute that passes. In fact has been impossible to move from his place since he is afraid Night wakes up and he isn't there for her. The weak pulse of life from the woman in front of him is the only reason for him to keep fighting.
It's late in the morning and Artur left to keep up with work things in Amarante and Lili and Diego didn't come back from their strange walk. José is starting to think that those two don't hate each other so much anymore. Besides Diego has been an odd surprise but also a comforting one.
When he looks to Night, she finally opens her eyes and suddenly her panic takes huge proportions. She tries desperately to move and get out of the bed and get herself into the Lili's closet like a creepy vampire hiding itself inside of a coffin. The screams are overwhelming and the struggle to get out of the bed because her lack of strenght and the IV needle in her arm are not helping that much.
It's then that José sees his mistake. Even though the sun isn't damaging her skin or something, mentally it's an unfathomable agression and José runs to black out all the windows of the room and everything around them the best he can, so the light doesn't come in while he speaks:
- Don't move my love, don't speak... You are too weak right now... I'm going to black out everything.
José knows he needs to call Teresa, who must have been changing clothes, but he knows he can't tell nothing to Night. Lili told him that her aversion to doctors makes part of her unwilling experiment, so she was programmed to stay away from doctors and hospitals.
When José sees Night more calm down, he goes to the small living room and he finds Teresa when she just arrives.
- Night acordou. Ela parece bem, mas abalada e cansada. O quarto está às escuras porque ela não suporta luz. Vou procurar uma lanterna. Acho que Lili guarda uma na cozinha.
(- Night woke up. She looks fine but scared and tired. The room is completely dark because she can't stand light. I'm going to find a flashlight. I think Lili has one in the kitchen.)
When José finds the flashlight both get inside Lili's room. José turns on the light and relief drowns him when he sees Night in the same place, in the bed where she has been since last night, looking to the ceiling thoughtfully. Teresa looks finally in the eyes of Night and both look at each other and while Night looks confused between Teresa and José, Teresa looks impressed to her pacient.
Although her face has some scratches with recent dressings, Night still is a paradise vision to José and not even Teresa can deny the elegant traces of Night's face and how sweet those brown eyes could be.
- My love... This is Teresa. She is a neighbour and came here to help.
Night returns her gaze to Teresa and nods silently looking again to the ceiling. José sighs deeply and feels finally relieved. His Night came back from that nightmare.

Diego
"Why Lili is taking so long?"
Diego already had positioned Ivo in the other side of the warehouse as was settled between them two. Ivo sends a message every 5 minutes telling if everything is ok or if something is out of place. He must be hating the job right now, but Diego couldn't care less, even though he was greatful for the kid's presence. For now everything is calm.
Also he settled with Ivo so they never speak to each other, but Diego would call to Ivo's smartphone and the connection would stay on so he could hear anything strange by Ivo's side.
The sun is already up and Diego grabs his smartphone and looks to the digital clock in the screen: 9:00a.m.
He still didn't listen or sensed some suspecting movements, so he decided to wait a little bit longer.
Suddenly Diego feels uneasy but can't put it together. It's too quiet and that alone makes him feel uncomfortable. What can it be? Then the truth hits him like a huge tree trunk in the nose: he can't hear the screams, the muffled sobs from the girls inside of the containers. Are they still there? Something inside of his chest stabs him from inside out:
"They were taken somewhere else or... They are not alive anymore!" Diego can't rid from that last option and it scares him, because he knows he was part responsible for their kidnapping. His lifestyle brought to him the decision to help to make something so horrible to protect his mother's life and gain money. He never regretted anything, but now those damn feelings are invading him and the only thing that he knows is that he can't feel nothing right now or worrying about anything else besides Lili's safety. Any suspecting move can't pass along his gaze and he needs to act fast while he coordenates Ivo. He is still a kid, but he is too smart for his age and for his own good.
Diego only hopes Ivo's mother or his own mother never get to know the troubles Diego let Ivo get into or he would face his dead penalty. That if he survives to "hurricane Lili" when she finds out.
