You sighed, watching Johnathan prance around in the street, pouncing on puddles and splashing the water everywhere, Alfred with him.
"I don't think we'd be able to work on the wall today. It's too wet." You glanced up from your spot on Arthur's porch to see Ludwig. You stood. "Could you go out on a scout? Gilbert is itching to go out."
You giggled. "Is he, really? Or is it you just want him out of your perfectly slicked back hair?" You couldn't help but snicker at him.
Ludwig smiled in just the slightest. "Alright, you got me. But could you?" You nodded.
"Sure. But, Ludwig..." You looked around before leading him around the corner of the house. Although he was slightly confused, he followed. "Ludwig... We gotta keep an eye out for Alice." The German furrowed his brows. You sighed, glancing at her from across the street. "Antonio and I have been watching her. Supplies are missing from the med tent, the shed, the artillery, everything. Antonio caught her climbing over the wall, then back."
The German folded his arms over his chest. "That's impossible unless she had help, and no one is allowed to go out at night unless they're stuck outside the wall."
"Exactly. I think she's in here from some other group, stealing our supplies for them. And we can't tell Alfred. I think it should stay between you, Antonio and I. The less people keeping an eye on her, the later she'll know we're onto her." You explained. Ludwig nodded, peering over at the blonde Brit.
"I agree. I'll talk to Antonio. See if he's noticed anything about her." He told you.
Before he could walk off, an idea popped in your brain. A large smirk curled your lips and you walked with the large German. "You know who else you should talk to?" Ludwig hummed, raising a brow in your direction. "Feliciana."
At that, Ludwig stopped and froze up, his cheeks reddening. "Wh-what do you mean?" He sputtered, causing you to giggle.
You rocked on the balls of your feet. "Oh, come on! It's obvious you like her. And she totally likes you, but you, Mr. Man, are to dense to realize it!" You snickered, as Ludwig fumbled over her words. "Just talk to her. I'll go take your brother so he doesn't ruin it." You reached up and pat his shoulder before jogging off to find the older ger-... Excuse me. Prussian. You jogged off to find the Prussian. "Gilbert!" You shouted up at the albino who stood on the wall conversing with Francis. He looked down at you. "You and I are going out for a quick scout!"
A large grin split his lips. "Awesome!" Gilbert shouted, sliding down the latter and trading his post with Matthew. "Let's go!" He whooped, impatiently waiting for Mathias to open the gate.

"It's so quiet..." Gilbert grumbled, stepping out of the car. You nodded, shutting the car door behind you. You both headed toward a store you hadn't been in before. Silently, you both made your way into the store, then you dragged Gilbert toward the winter section. "What the? Why are we here?"
You rolled your eyes, opening your back pack. "It's almost time for fall and winter. If you haven't noticed, it's getting colder. We need to keep warm somehow." Gilbert breathed out a soft 'oh' before gathering winter clothes along with you. He also grabbed blankets and tools. You stuffed everything in the back pack and grabbed another bag from across the same section of the building and shoving that half full of everything else. You helped the back pack on Gilbert before heading into another section. "We need to go to the pharmacy." The older German groaned, but he still followed you. You picked up the meds and inspected them. The ones you decided were good you shoved in the bag as well as bandages, wraps, and so forth.
"Alright," you muttered, peeking into the bag. "We have enough room for a couple more things." Gilbert nodded, then led you to the artillery. You grabbed everything that fit in the bag.
