Week Fifty.
I know a lot, but not enough. This supports my motto: There is something worth learning every day. But still, how I love cardiology. Sure, I'm not the one doing some of the procedures like cardiac catheterizations or TEEs, but I guess if I was trained, I could do it. Nah, I like to know more about everything, no matter how comfy cardiology is. All this stuff about loving the time off, easy hours, etc, will make me sound lazy. Oh, how I have needed this break though.
I don't have a lot of excitement to share, just that I did get to enjoy catching up with one of the docs I used to work with ages ago when I was a fairly new nurse and he was a new cardiologist. We talked about his old partners in his old group and reminisced a little on how it was to work at a different hospital. We actually worked at two different hospitals at the same time.
Sorry for the lackluster update, but it is a bit of good news for me, as that means I have not had any earth shattering experiences this week, and sometimes that is also good for me.
