Zayn's POV
We just got out of a radio interview and now on our way house. It’s been a couple of days since the day we all went out with Lex but ever since, her and Harry seemed distant and awkward when they run into each other. Harry changes the subject or tells me that it’s nothing every time I bring it up. Niall was talking about us all going out to eat and we were going to get changed and invite Lex too.
"So pizza, Chinese, or chicken?" Niall asked.
"Why don't we wait till we get to the house and ask Alexis too, just in case?" Liam said. The whole way home was quiet with the occasional small talk. When we got to the house I was the first out of the car and headed straight to Alexis' room only be greeted by an empty one. I walked back to the kitchen to see the lads peering around.
"She's not here." I said with a hint of sadness.
"Well we don't have a lot of time so why don't you just call her." Louis said, I did but after 3 calls and getting her voice mail the guys were getting restless. Eventually we just went without her and decided we'll bring her back something. The whole time we were out it was hard NOT to think about her. Her smile, laugh, and the cheesy jokes; she brought the better out of me. We finally came home and again Alexis was nowhere to be found.
After an hour we all finally got worried. We called and called but an hour and a billion calls later she finally calls the house phone but seems a bit rushed to end the call. We stayed up for another hour then departed to our rooms. I tried to stay up till I knew Alexis was home safe. Just when I looked at the bed side clock it was 10:45pm and I heard the front door close. I sprung out of bed to my door. The first thing I saw was Alexis; shoes in hand and tip toeing across the floor.
"Alexis?" She pressed her finger to her lips.
"Shh sorry if I woke you and I'm out so late." She said she stopped in front of me and looked up. It was then I saw the puffiness in her cheeks. She looked like she had been crying.
"Alexis are you sure you're okay, you look like you've been crying."
"I'm fine come to my room and I’ll explain everything." When we got in her room she asked if I minded waiting so she could take a quick shower, which I happily said I would wait. When she was done she came out in a big t-shirt and spandex. She then turned on the TV and sat in front of me on the floor while I was still on the bed. She asked me if I could brush her hair while she talked. Knowing me I said yes but I didn't mind.
The whole time I'm brushing her hair. She told me she had ran into an old family member and they had kind of adopted her sister. She then went on about how she was going to spend a week with us. When we were done I got up and headed to the door. As soon as I turned the knob she stopped me.
"Wait!"
"Yes?" I waited for a response while she climbed into bed. She pulled the covers off one side and patted the space next to her.
"Stay please. It'll be like a sleep over." She waited for a while before I answered.
"Well I'm warning you now I tend to snore." I said with a smirk.
"That's okay if only you don't mind I tend to cuddle." She said with a sweet smile. I walked in more and closed the door. I shimmied in smoothly and once we were comfortable Alexis slid closer to me so we were spooning. I closed my eyes to the heavenly scent of her watermelon shampoo. I tightened my hold on her and brought her closer erasing any possible space.

Harry's POV
Liam had sent me to go wake Zayn. Today was going to be busy; a photo shoot, radio interview, and we needed to get fitted for new tuxes. When I got to Zayn's room it was empty. I went through all the boy’s room even mine but Zayn wasn’t in. I got to Niall's door when I heard giggles and movement from Alexis’ room. I knocked on the door and almost immediately a ready to go Alexis was smiling up at me. I smiled back but it faded when Zayn came out.
"Aye mate morning." He said happily brushing past me.
"Uh hey, oh um Liam said we have an hour till we have to go so hurry." I looked back at Alexis to see she had left the door frame. I took the chance to enter and saw she was walking around picking up and cleaning. "So I'm guessing Zayn slept in here?" I said quite uneasy.
"Yeah but that's just what we did."
"What?" I said
"Sleep, silly. Um hey I invited my sister to stay for a while.”
