Not only did the interview go over well, people were actually being really nice to me. Mark stayed in my room to make sure I was okay over the night and I really appreciated it. He always knows how to make me feel safe. When I woke up I looked over at the other bed to see him in a contorted position with his arm tucked under him and his mouth wide open. I snickered and took out my phone to snap a picture.

I got out of bed and walked to the window. I looked out and watch the traffic down below and I notice a massive group of girls outside the hotel across the street. “You’ve got to be joking” I said to myself. Of course they were across the street from our hotel. I sighed and headed to the bathroom to take a shower. I stood under the water for a good ten minutes before actually washing myself. I rinsed my hair one last time before stepping back out.
“DAMN IT, (y/n). Again?” I snickered as Mark yelled at me.
I wrapped the towel around my body and wiped of the mirror. Mark knocked on the door and told me he was going back to his room. I brushed my teeth and walked back into the room to change into a pair of jeans and a thin worn out crewneck sweater. I blow dried my hair and then straightened it. My newly ombre ends still looked foreign to me. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the change. Even though it was a small change it was strange to me. I put on my usual amount of make-up and grabbed my phone, wallet, and room key, before heading over to Ryan’s room. I knocked lightly before he answered.
“Hey, how are you doing this morning?” he hugged me with one arm and closed the door with the other.
“I’m feeling good, actually. I'm really excited for this party tonight.” I smiled sitting down on a chair.
“Oh yeah. So, you’re going?” he sat down and tied his shoes.
“Well, yeah. It’s Tanner’s birthday party. I can’t miss it. He would be upset.” I joked.
Ryan laughed, “Yeah right. He doesn’t even like to party. We are forcing him to go tonight.” He stood up and picked his wallet off the side table and shoved it in his back pocket. “Oh I saw the picture of Mark by the way. Good one, but isn’t that joke getting old?”
I grinned at him. “It will never get old. As long as he keeps yelling at me about it, it will still be amusing.” I stood up and we walked to the door.
We met up with Tanner and Mark in the hall.
“Happy birthday!” I sang giving Tanner a hug.
“Thanks.” He said, shyly.
“What does Eve have us doing today?” Mark asked digging his hands into his pocket.
“I have no idea. I guess we will see when we see her.”
When the elevator hit the third floor where the conference rooms are, we walked out and found Eve and a security team waiting for us.
“Now guys, today we are doing some filming for the next video.” She looked down at her phone where she kept all of her planners.
“A video for what?” Ryan asked.
“For ‘Burn the Night Away’. We want you guys to spend the day at the park, just pretending the cameras aren’t there. Then, tomorrow night we’ll record the night scene at the beach of you. Again, all acting normal and having fun.”
“So am I singing or?” I asked.
“No, the song will be added later. You’ll be singing tomorrow night.” I nodded. “Okay, get going.”
