I'm writing again! Kind of. I'm starting school on Tuesday and I'll be stressed from nerves so don't expect another update for a week or so again. I know that's shit, but i just can't fuck up this semester becuase i can't risk not getting into the only school I ever felt good at. If I don't do well I really have no where to go to finish my college career... I'm still in a bit of a funk, but I'm getting better, i think. Thanks for the couple of you who were very nice about my lack of update. Enjoy this chapter.

Christmas was wonderful just like it always is. I went to my mom’s sister’s house. We ate dinner, I played with the boys. Just our traditional Christmas, I guess.

My dad was a bit upset I wasn’t going to be home for New Year’s, because I normally spend it with them, but that’s when I had Kyle. If I could have had Niall there I would but I wanted to go to his home this time.

I finally landed in London. Those long flights always made me go crazy. I would get so bored and I could never sleep very well. I got my luggage and got into the cab that Harry and Liam had sent for me. I was told to that I would be going to be at Liam’s really early because Niall was going to be coming over to help set things up.

The ride from the airport wasn’t very long. Before I knew it I was stopped in front of a huge house with a long driveway and Liam was standing at the curb. I got out and he engulfed me in a hug and I saw Harry jogging down the driveway. The driver got my bag out of the trunk and handed it to Liam as Harry gave me a tight hug.

“How was the flight?”

“Too fucking long.” I slumped my shoulders.

They both laughed and Harry said, “Wow, the first sentence out of your mouth contained a swear. You are really made for Niall.”

I slapped my hand over my mouth and laughed. “Sorry.”

We all walked to the front door and I could not believe how nice the house was and it was so cute how they had decorated for the holiday. Liam had brought my bags up stairs so the guests wouldn’t bother it. Harry had shown me around Liam’s house. I decided to make myself at home and laid down on the couch. It didn’t take long until I fell asleep while Harry and Liam were still getting things together.

(Niall’s POV)

I didn’t really want to go to this party, but Liam told me I had to. I would rather be sitting at home and sleeping, since (y/n) wasn’t here. Why would I have fun without her on a holiday I should be spending with her? I just wish she didn’t have to work.

I walked in the door and Liam and Harry were the only ones here.

“Where’s Louis and Zayn?” I asked giving them each a hug.

“They’ll be here soon, I hope.” Liam said.

“Niall, you should help me move the couch so there’s more room.” Harry told me and we walked into the living room.

I walked up to the back of the couch and I was instantly in shock. I smacked Harry on the arm as he silently chuckled. I saw my beautiful girlfriend laying there on Liam’s couch. I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t want to wake her, but I couldn’t wait to hug her and kiss her. I flopped down over the back of the couch and laid between her legs and wrapped my arms around her, resting my head on her chest.

“Niall.” She giggled, waking up and squirming in my hold. “What are you doing?”

I looked up at her and smiled. “What am I doing? What are you doing here?”

“I wanted to surprise you!” she sat up on her elbows. “Did it work?” she grinned.

I laughed. “Duh.” I tried to kiss her but she turned her head and I kissed her cheek instead.
