LAST CHAPTER!!!

(Niall’s POV)

Before (y/n) and Tanner came home, I was on twitter and I saw a picture of them together.  She was holding his hand as they walked down the sidewalk and my heart ached. She looked happy. It was almost like the smile she used to get when she was with me.

Lately, I felt like she was pulling away from me. I thought maybe it’s because of the engagement, like maybe she was still scared of losing me. I was convinced that was why until I saw that picture.

When they came through the door I told (y/n) I was sick and couldn’t go to dinner. She kissed my forehead and said I didn’t feel warm, but I told her I still wasn’t up for going out and that I needed to rest for tomorrow. She tucked me into our bed and got ready for dinner. I watched as she got all dressed up for them, him.

She kissed me goodbye and she was gone. I laid in bed and tried to sleep, but my mind was reeling at the thought of them together. What if this has been going on the whole time and I was too stupid to notice, or what if they had a thing before I came back into her life. She said she hadn’t slept with anyone since the first time we did, but she could have lied. If she really is cheating on me, that means she hell of a good liar.

I pretended to be asleep, when she stumbled into our room and changed into her pajamas. I felt her crawl in bed behind me and drape her arm around my waist. She kissed behind my ear before snuggling up to me. I pushed her off and got out of bed.

“Niall I thought you were asleep.”

“I wasn’t.” I grabbed my pillow.

“Where are you going?” she sat up in the bed.

“To sleep in the guest room. I’m not sleeping in here with you.” I said with disgust.

“Woah what happened, what did I do?” she stood from the bed, grasping my arm.

I ripped it from her. “You were holding his hand today. I saw pictures! Don’t act innocent. You’re a cheating bitch.”

“I am not! I’m faithful one hundred percent!” She yelled. “I love you and only you! Are we really having this fight again? I thought both of us were past this.”

“We’re not if one of us is actually cheating.” I growled.

“I’M NOT CHEATING! TANNER IS MY FUCKING FRIEND. GET THAT THROUGH THAT THICK SKULL OF YOURS!” She tapped the side of my head.

“Don’t touch me, (y/n).” I stepped towards her.

“Get out.” She scowled. “Get the fuck out. You never believe me when I say I love you. I mean it and you always fucking doubt it.”

“Why are you pulling away from me lately then? Huh? Did you and Tanner kindle a little spark? Is that why?” I raised an eyebrow.

“You’re one fucked up asshole.” She poked my chest. “I’m fucking scared to get married you know that, but I do not doubt my decision. I want to marry you, but if you are going to keep thinking I’m cheating, we’re done.”

“We’ll talk tomorrow. I’m too tired to listen to your bullshit.” I slammed the door as I left the room.

(y/n’s POV)

He never believes me. I don’t get why he is so convinced that I’m a cheater. If I was I wouldn’t have gave a fuck if he was cheating on me. Everything with Tanner yesterday was completely innocent. I was pulling him into a shop that he was trying to keep me from going into, but I took his hand and yanked him to it. If Niall would have just listened to me, I could have told him everything but he’s too hard-headed.
