"I... Am... So... BORED!" I exclaimed, sitting on the ground with my legs sprawled out. The one day that I decided to come early, Kakashi-sensei is even later than usual! This officially sucks cheese.
"Join the club..." Sasuke muttered, sighing. I sighed as well, leaning against one of the posts of the bridge, closing my eyes. I could get some quality sleeping time if everything was quiet...
"Okay, I've had enough! Are we really gonna let Kakashi-sensei get away with this!? He's always late!" Sakura ranted, disturbing my whole chances of resting. Honestly, I don't get why I even thought things could get quiet. We have both her and Naruto. Oh, lord...
"You're right! Tell it, Sakura!" Naruto cheered. That was when I facepalmed. I can't EVER get any sleep around him or Sakura.
And I really needed sleep since I had stayed out really late with Neji, Tenten, and Lee. Lee kept asking me out, but he's less creepy. I think it's because I've gotten used to him... Which is really, really bad. I'm not sure if they know who my sensei is, though... Oh, well.
"I mean, think about how I feel about this! I overslept, and I didn't even get a chance to blow-dry my hair!" Sakura continued, and I sighed.
"Trust me, Sakura, we can all tell," I assured, giving her a sarcastic thumbs up which earned a glare from the pinkette. No, seriously, you really could tell. There were parts of her hair the curled up oddly.
Really, we all noticed, but we said nothing because it really didn't matter. I mean, I don't even blow-dry my hair. It just gets all wavy and curly while I sleep. And, obviously, I don't care.
"I know, right!? I overslept, too, and I didn't get to brush my teeth or wash my face!" Naruto announced. My eye twitched as Sakura yelled at Naruto for being gross.
"Uh, Naruto? Some things are better kept private... And I think that, on that note, we should really change this whole conversation..." I muttered. They continued, however, and I stood up, glaring at them and walking over to stand beside Sasuke.
"Those two always wake up feeling dramatic..." The ravenette muttered, glaring as he got an anime vein.
I nodded, shaking my head and joining him in glaring at them. "Tell me about it."

"Morning, guys!" Kakashi-sensei called. "Today, I wandered off the path of life..."
I facepalmed, my eye twitching. "Don't you mean AFTERNOON!?"
"EXACTLY! You're such a liar, sensei!" Sakura and Naruto accused.
"Anyway... You might be surprised, but I recommended all four of you for the Chunin Exams," Our sensei continued. Naruto and Sakura flipped out, but I didn't care whether or not it was dangerous.
"Really!? WOOHOO! This means that I can see Gaara!" I exclaimed before I could stop myself. My whole team stared at me. Sakura in disbelief, Naruto and Sasuke in anger, and Kakashi-sensei in confusion.
"I mean... Woohoo... This means that I... That I can see Gaara fight! Yeah, he seems really strong... Sure! I can see him fight! That's what I meant..." I muttered nervously, smiling sort of creepily. "Anyway! Kakashi-sensei! You were saying?"
"Right... You all have to fill out applications. Only return those forms if you really, truly want to do it. The decision is yours alone. If you want to compete, report to room 301 at the Academy by 4:00 tomorrow," Kakashi-sensei explained, handing us each a form.
Naruto tackled him into a hug, obviously overjoyed. Our sensei had to pry our hyperactive teammate off of himself, and walked over to me.
"Don't do it because you're forced. And certainly, do not do it because you want to see some boy... 'fight,' as you put it, Minxie." I sweatdropped at my sensei's advice.
