Victor continued to take a hold of my arm as we made a right turn down the sidewalk. "Where are you take me!" I yelled. I really didn't want to be with him right know. I mean... the shivers. I didn't want them to return. Maybe I was just think things. Maybe I didn't shiver in pleasure but in fear. But fear can be pleasure. Oh god what was I thinking?

"You wanted to see Dawn, correct?" he said not skipping a beat as he continued to guide us down the street.

"I... I do... but can you let go of my arm?" I would hear the shakiness in my voice. Pulling me along I felt like a child being taken to bed. Bed? No don't think that way, Edea! Vampires are your enemy! Don't let his charms fool you.

"Get in." Huh? I was so in my head that I didn't notice that he stopped. The passenger door was opened for me to enter. I glared at it for a moment thinking that this maybe a bad idea. "We don't have time for this!" He yelled but not too loud. The kind of loud your parents give you when you're in trouble in public. Taking my arm once more he pulled me towards him and then placed his other hand on my head as if I was just arrested, again, for something.

Settling in my seat he shut the door and then pasted around the car to the driver's seat. Someone was in a hurry? He starting the car as I looked out the window. "Seat belt."

"What?"

"Seat belt." He said once more. He quickly leaned towards me, grabbed the belt and pulled it as he locked it in. He then adjusted the belt over my chest letting his knuckles brush against my breast. "There." He was so calm. Unlike me who felt my ears heat up. The fucker had touched my chest. Glaring at him, I really wanted to smack him but he was already on the road and I didn't want to die... well not yet that is.

I didn't pay attention to we were going. All I remember was we make a couple turns, drove passed the church that was raided by police and reporter, and we made a right turn to a dirt road that lead to an abandoned factory back in 1958. Something hit me for a moment. An abandoned factory? I glanced over at Victor and then back to the road. Was he going to kill me, here? Was he on Melantha's side? Was he playing the good guy to trick me? No that couldn't be right. I didn't see him in my visions. A sharp pain poked at the side of my head.

Once we got to the abandoned factory he stopped the car. Turning his body towards me I stiffened up. "Edea." Huh? I snapped my head towards him. I couldn't tell if it was a question or not.

"What... about her?" I asked almost giving myself away.

"Nothing." He faced forward, putting his hands on the wheel. "I must warn you that you may pass out. It happens to human who go through the Netherlands." Netherlands... I'm really going to see her? I couldn't help but sneak a smile before he hit on the gas.

Facing forward I watched us drive straight for the brick building. Eyes wide, I held my breath before screaming. Pass out my ass this was suicide! As we got closer I placed my hand on the handle of the door to open it. I had to jump, I thought as I tried to open it. Taking both hands on the handle I tried to open it again. Why? Looking back at the building, Victor reached over and took my hand. "Stop." I cried but it was too late.

In my last moments I shut my eyes. I didn't hear a crash, no fire, I didn't feel any pain. All I could feel was the hot sun and hear large body of water clashing on to rocks. Oh god I died I thought. Opening one eye I expected to see the land between life and death but what I saw was a road leading up to a mansion. No a castle maybe?

My heart was still beating so fast from the fear of dyeing that I felt a little confused. "I'm surprised you didn't pass out." Victor said never looking away from the road. "Welcome to the Netherlands."

"What the hell was that! A little more of a heads up would have been nice!" I yelled at the top of my lungs.

"I didn't think you would..."

"Well you were wrong!" I spoke over him. He didn't say anything after that.

Slowly driving up to the mansion a small child of ten had rushed out of the building holding an orange tabby. The cat looked so pissed off that it remains me of the picture I found of Dawn and her orange tabby. Wait a minute. Stepping out of the Victor walked around the car to open my door. How come I couldn't open it? Stepping out the little girl ran up to us.

"Uncle Vic, did you find her!?" she yelled in excitement. "Is this her?" The child looked me up and down. I couldn't help but do the same. Short brown hair that hit her shoulders. Green eyes, four foot nine, and she had scares on her wrist. In the shape of chains on chains.

"This is Mary. She will help us find her. How is Dawn?"

"Mommy took a turn for the worse." The little girl said. Mommy? A turn for the worse? I remembered my last dream. When Dawn was dragged into the water. "Aunt Ray Ray says that she may lose the twins in a day or two if she doesn't wake." Twins? I'm going to be an aunt! Oh my god I'm an aunt, I could almost feel a smile grow.

"Can I see her? Dawn." The girl looked at her uncle and then to me. She dropped her head slowly and brought it back up. "Thank you."
