"Rexxar!" I called, whistling. I held an elf hat in my hands. "Come here, boy!"
Rex looked at me, ears perked and head tilted. He came bounding towards me. He jumped on me in excitement, making me laugh.
"Here, boy. Can you keep this on for me?" I slipped the elf hat onto his head, giggling to myself. He tried sniffing it and pawing at it. "No, boy, keep it on!"
"(Y/N), what the fuck did you do to my dog?" Chilled asked as he entered the house. "Rexxar, what did she do to you?"
"He's our dog." I corrected/reminded him. "He's festive!"
"Festive my ass!" Chilled said. He took off the elf hat and replaced it with a Santa hat. "Now he's festive!"
I laughed and shook my head. "Either way, he is ready for Christmas!"
"I'd say!" Chilled chuckled, letting Rexxar sit on his lap on the couch. "What should we do?"
"Want to watch some Christmas movies, maybe make some gingerbread cookies?" I asked with a shrug. "Anything is fine with me."
"How about both? Rexxar can help!" Chilled suggested.
I shook my head and got up. "Come on, Chilly Willy."
We took out all of the ingredients and made gingerbread cookies. Anthony, of course, wanted to make a gingerbread house, do we made one of those, too. It didn't stay together, though.
"These cookies are good." Chilled mumbled, dipping the head of a gingerbread man into his cup if eggnog.
I chuckled and nodded my head. "They are."
"It's late.. Christmas is tomorrow.." Chilled noted, looking at the clock. It was nearing midnight now.
"Let's go to bed." I suggested, getting up.
"I have to out cookies out for Santa!" Chilled rushed to the kitchen to put some cookies and milk out. I laughed at him and headed up to bed to get ready. He'd come join me eventually.
