Glass Cage

A/N: Hey Guys.

So I was encouraged by vampirefantasy12 to create a new book after writing some poems that I didn't have a book for. I would like to thank you my friend for encouraging me to do this. Also, a few days ago I was having a little moment--a mini breakdown so to speak. 

I was reading 5seconds-of-imagines 5SOS imagines and I got to a part called "He Opens Up To You" or something like that and it was written by Rhine. The imagine broke my heart and it was because I can relate to what was said. 

The quotes from the imagine are in the poem.

I don't know what's wrong with me

I can't pinpoint it why, one day I'll be 

Trapped in a glass cage and it'll be like 

Nothing can get through me, not noise

Nor a thundering fist upon a solid wall

No matter how loud I scream

I'll be the only one to hear it

I don't know why there is a 

Barrier between me and the

Rest of the world, the soundproof 

Wall I can't seem to break down

On the days I don't know how it got there

Or how to get out to feel the air again

Oxygen coming to your lungs to breathe

To let it out and be free and wild as the wind

So tell me if I'm insane

Tell me!,

What the hell is wrong with me?

What do I do?

I should be happy,

Because I have everything

I should be the happiest woman on earth

But the dark consumes the light, disarming

A candle of its flame

What is then left of me?

If every positive thing is gone

Every hope and every bit of faith

Just disappears

So I stand there

Looking down

Staring into the abyss
