An ash blond, pale faced man walked upon this earth,
He claimed he knew it was coming all along,
A time when the needle did not stop,
He accepted that fact and walked upon the line,
Of the unfortunate events,
As well as the moments of old,
Those that shined so brightly,
The glitter on his body was reflected by the sun,
He gained the shine from the start,
The black and white world
Turned to a shower of silver and gold.
While he sung his heart out,
Never gave two fucks,
He was unique and brilliant,
Taking every opportunity,
To make his star glimmer brighter,
Against the darkness of the night.
He fought to see the light.
Making those horrible threats
Dissipate into the clouds of smoke,
All these torments mean nothing,
For in the end,
The fans cleared up the stardust,
That was more than a little something.
Leaving priceless treasures behind,
For all to adore,
The stardust that's left,
Is all we enjoy.
