A/N: Hey Guys.

This is a new poem I wrote with rainbowglambert, thanks friend for writing it with me after volunteering to help me. So this poem is about Kurt Cobain, who I think was misunderstood as a person. Those who payed close attention to his lyrics would know that he was depressed and wasn't himself. But then there are people who might just like the music without actually really hearing the lyrics.

This is my tribute to the man who made great music with his band but also to a man who left us too soon.

I hope you guys like the poem, if you do please don't forget to VOTE & COMMENT! :)

P.S: I had another poem on my mind I wanted to post, however, I don't wish to make enemies of my friends this Christmas.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! :)

He didn't understand,

Was life trying to show him,

How hard it is for the already fallen ones?

He was already invisible to others,

Growing up, nothing was easy,

Not the part where he took meds,

For the pains in his stomach,

Or the misery eating at him more and more,

So he decided to get busy.

Writing the songs for his broken soul,

That were sounds of a lament for him,

Begging to be heard not tortured,

by demons he couldn't control,

Tears in his eyes like hurricanes,

Just couldn't stop coming,

To the point where rivers,

Ran down his eyes,

He sat alone with a guitar in his hands,

Singing the pain away,

To numb the feeling destroying him,

Slowly,

But the music was not enough to drown the pain

And soon the demons came, in disguise of comfort.

He didn't know in his vulnerable state,

That they'd consume him,

As the world ignored his cries for help.

The even bigger tragedy is how the world

Glorifies his tale as that of a rock star,

Though in the end, those with demons,

Need help like anyone else,

They are people too.
