I'll Never Be Your Mate

Chapter 11

Sarah and Stella went back to their official rooms, leaving the room to myself. I had stayed the whole time in my room after my coffee thing with Jake to avoid him.

The next day, everything was peaceful and silence, and I thought it was the beginning of a nice day, but it proved me wrong.

Happily, I went to take a shower. Everything had gone back to normal, Stella and Sarah get back to Brandon and Nike. I'm happy to not have to hear any shout and fight. Leaving my clothes on the floor, I entered the shower and opened the tap, and soon, I felt water washed over me. I relaxed under the hot water. With my eyes closed, I let my muscles soften under it. When all at once, a strange scent waved up to my nose like the scent of colour. My eyes popped open, and I saw red coloured water like blood flowing down on my body and on the floor in the shower. I looked up, trying to find its source, only to see it coming from the shower faucet.

My mind immediately comes to the only one person who can do it. I quickly stepped out of the shower and went to the sink and I looked to myself in the mirror above. There, my body, my face, my skin was all red, and droplets of red water were falling from me on the floor. I grabbed a towel and wiped my body from the red colouring. But when I looked myself again in the mirror, the red colour was stained on my skin. I already knew it was permanent.

Needless to say, I looked like a monster. My blood was boiling, and I could kill the person who did it as soon as he came in front of my sight. "Jake!" I let out a growl loudly.

I quickly threw a top and black jean on me and went downstairs. There Sarah was watching TV in the living room and looked up when I entered the room. She instantly stood up when she saw my state. "What the hell just happened to you!" she exclaimed.

When I didn't answer her, she frowned. "Where is Jake?" I left out a growl as soon as I said his name. He was also getting on my wolf's nerve. Soon, the frown went as soon as understanding came across her.

"Uhm... I just saw him rush outside, " she said quickly. Without saying anything, I stomped outside.

I did not find him but I know that he was there some minutes ago, I got a faint smell of his scent, the sandalwood. He went in the woods as his scent was waving there , and his black Lexus Ifa was here. He is not the kind of person to hide after pranking someone.

I'm sure he is here, I would not leave him without making him pay for what he did. But as he wasn't showing, I'll vent my anger on his things. I smirked to myself as I thought about it. I went to the nearest tree and picked up a branch there.

Then I went close to the black car where it was parked in front the house. I may be sound evil, but he deserved it after what he did to me. I looked around, "Jake?" I called sweetly.

No answer, okay. Bam! One headlight broken. "Jake?" no answer again, I hit the branch to the other headlight.

"Jake? Where are you?" I shot the driver and the passenger window. "You know you shouldn't hide from your future wife. It's a bad manner" I said while breaking the side window. I'm getting fun and pleasure to see him angry later.

"Stop!" a familiar voiced said in fact bellowed. I turned to the person smiling sheepishly. "Hey Jake" he came from the nearest tree.

"Don't hey me! What did you do to my car?" he growled, his expressions showed shock and anger.

I turned to see the car and turned to him again smiling at him "Oops! My hands just slipped"

"How can yours hands just slipped and do that much!" his voice came just low and suddenly loud. "Oh, wait, I'll show you it" without losing time, my hands swung to the windscreen and the branch collides to it and broke it. I tucked my head down from the impact and shade of glasses.

I looked back at him. "Like this!" I beamed at him.

"ASHLEY" He roared my name. . His eyes darkened and his body was shaking a bit, he took a step ahead but stopped and stared at me. Then he turned his back to me and went in. shortly I heard bust of laughter's, I looked up to its sounds and found Sarah, Sella, Brandon, Nike in the balcony, laughing to their head off, clutching their stomachs.

"Good show" Nike said with an effort from his laughs and thumps up me. I smirked at him, thumps up him back and head inside.

Lastly the coloring went away after 12 hours. I have been tired from all the activities. Since I couldn't go out because of my colour skin, we all stayed at the beach house, we played Play Station. Jake didn't stay, he said he had something more enjoyable to do in town. I was kind down, I knew that something enjoyable has to do with girls. The atmosphere was quite tense after Jake went away. Everyone was looking at me worriedly, I was uncomfortable with this. Nike has somehow noticed that and cracked some jokes to cheer me up.

Lately I have been close to the boys, Brandon and Nike were like a brother to me. They always there when I had a fight with Jake and tried to make sensed to me that somehow Jake is good. I'm happy that they are there for me but never get it why they want to prove to me that he is good nor am i planning to get it.

Then we girls went to prepared lunch, we made sandwich. Then we watched the two part of Percy Jackson.

Late night it finished, till then Jake had already came home. After having dinner, I had a warm bath. I planned to have a good sleep after all the events. As soon as I get on the bed, I heard a loud noise. Before I got to check what it is, the legs of the bed gave up and I was down on the floor with the bed, leaving a squeal out of my lip. I was so shock to even realise what happened. I heard a chuckle from the other side of the wall. I got up and walk around and surveyed that all the screws were removed from the bed. My body was shaking with fury.

Jake I swear tomorrow I'll be the one to laugh and sure to pay you for that.
