As I entered the house, I headed into the kitchen since I heard noise there. Stella and Sarah were there, making arrangements for the meal. "Why didn't you wake me up Stella?" I grumbled, running my hands through my hair with my cheeks still hot.

Stella turned her head to me and smiled and continued doing what she was doing. "Because you finally able to get some sleep"

Touching my warm cheeks, "Still, that was embarrassing!"

Sarah turned and smirking, she raised one of her brows at me. "What was embarrassing?"

I blushed more at realising what I said. "Nothing!" I quickly replied.

Stella, with her back to me, was washing the vegetables at the sink. She looked over her shoulder smiling smugly, "Wouldn't she be embarrassed to snuggle and sleep close to Jake?"

I gawked at them. "You saw!" they both busted into laughs. "Couldn't you seriously wake me up instead of letting me sleep?"

"But you seemed so pleased in Jake's arm" Sarah answered, giggling. "And you don't get every day to sleep in your mate's arms." Well, that was true.

I glared at them, "Don't go to the mate's thing." She rolled her eyes "Yeah yeah whatever. You indeed like to be there. "

"No! I didn't"

"Tell that to yourselves. Go freshen up and meet us here." Stella shook her head and got back again to her work. I was going to protest and noticed they stopped listening to me as they were talking to each other.

Argh, it's so annoying when your best friends understand you too much. I turned my back and was passing through the living room, I bumped into Jake. He caught me before I fell away. "Careful there" as his arms held me tight from falling, I remembered how it felt to have his arms around me in the car. My cheeks heated up and abled to mumble "yeah"

His brows furrowed in confusion while a smirk formed on his lips at seeing me blush. I glared at him to hide the fact that I was blushing red. His hands continued to rest on my back, lingering there.

I lifted one brow. "Will you release me?"

His eyes widened up and blinked several. "Yeah... Uhm, sure." He took his hands off me and continued his way outside to the pool. I glanced behind me before heading upstairs.

I joined Stella, Eva, and Sarah after I changed my clothes wearing a beige short and a black top. Eva was already there when I came. We made salads and took all necessary ingredients, and joined the boys on the beach. The boys already placed their grill there and came to take some of the stuff from us as we descended the stairs past the pool to the beach. The boys prepared the meat for barbecue.

The wind felt good as it brushed over me and lifting my hair in the air. I'm glad I was able to sleep after those two night without sleep.

I gazed at the sea, watching the waves move along the wind, it soothed all my worries. I closed my eyes. I opened my arms and embraced the winds. I stretched at the feel of the wind.

Then, soon, I felt someone close to me and came in my embrace. As I opened my eyes, his hands wrapped around my waist, taking me into embrace. My eyes met with Austin's laughing eyes. I laughed as he smiled at me, I shouted over the sounds of wind and waves. "What're you doing?"

"You were inviting me with your open embrace." He suddenly swayed us around in a circle, letting a squeal out of me. I griped my arms tightly around his neck.

He chortled, and I joined him as he swerved us rpund and round. I felt the winds covered our laughs. He stopped, we were heaving from laughing. He then lifted me up in his arms, making me higher than him while his arms wrapped around my thighs from behind under my butt. I held his shoulders to support me.
