Just Another Day in Paradise

Wes's POV
Maddie and I decided to take the twins on a vacation. After the hard day of Logan's 10 years of being gone, I think we can all take a week off. I looked up spots down south, maybe in Tennessee. I think we're going to go to Indiana to see family and then head down to the Smokey Mountains for a few days. The twins are starting to become mobile, so everything is going to be different very soon. I walked down the hallway and saw Maddie sitting on the floor in front of Alya and Taylor, playing a game that they seem to enjoy. I walked up behind her and sat down next to her in front of the twins as well. Hey baby, and other babies. I kissed Maddie's cheek and tickled the twins before talking to Maddie about our upcoming getaway. So, I was thinking that we head down south, stop by our parents houses for a couple days, then continue down to Tennessee in the Smokey Mountains. I can have a cabin reserved by tomorrow and we can leave early Sunday morning. That sounds amazing.. She gave me a kiss and we played with the twins for a little longer. Hey, I just got an idea. As much as I love these two, how about we talk to our parents, see if they want to keep them for a couple days and we take the last part of the week at the cabin for ourselves? I'm sure they would be ecstatic to keep them for a few days. That sounds incredible. Do you want me to call them? Yeah if you want to. I'll keep an eye on them. What day will we be coming back? Well, we're leaving Sunday for Indiana, stay there until Tuesday, and then head back up from the cabin on Saturday? Okay that'll work. I'm going to go start packing for these little munchkins. She smiled and laughed as she picked the twins up to take them upstairs. I dialed the phone and called her parents first. She picked up on the third ring.

How have you all been? How're the twins?
We're great! Alya took her first steps, two days ago, I think. And Taylor is almost there. Not as mobile as his sister.

Okay so, I think Maddie already talked to you about this but, would you guys want to keep the twins for a few days? We're going to head down Sunday morning, stay in Indiana until Tuesday, and then if it's okay with you all, leave the twins there, and Maddie and I will go down to the Smokey Mountains until Saturday morning?
That sounds like a great idea! We would be happy to keep them!
Alright! I still have to call my mom but I have a feeling she will want to see them too.
That's perfectly fine. I sure we can work something out.
Great! I'll call mom and let her know our plans, and we will see you Sunday!

I called my mom and made the plans. Alya and Taylor will be staying with Grandma and Grandpa Moore Tuesday after we leave up until Thursday, then they will stay with Grandma and Grandpa Jones Thursday afternoon up until Saturday when we get back. Then we all go out for lunch or dinner before we head back to Chicago. I walked upstairs to see Maddie and the twins laying on the floor. I walked into the nursery and laid down beside them. So, all plans are made, we leave Sunday morning. Maddie rolled over on her stomach next to me and I wrapped my arm around her back. She leaned into my side as we laid in the floor watching Alya and Taylor. I kissed Maddie's forehead and picked Alya up. Hey Princess. I laid down on my back and Alya curled up on my chest and fell asleep. Well, I guess I'm not moving for awhile. I kissed Alya's forehead and laid back.
Tuesday: spent a few days with family, now going to Tennessee, just the two of us.
Maddie and I just got to our cabin, and it is absolutely amazing. We took everything inside and settled in for the night. I sat down on the couch by the fireplace and pulled Maddie down next to me. She sat down in my side and I wrapped my arm around he shoulder. She leaned up and kissed my cheek, slowly kissing over to my lips. I kissed her back and then she shifted and straddled my hips. I put my arms around her back and she look down at me. So, what do you have planned for tomorrow? Uh, haven't reserved anything tomorrow until dinner. Other than that, nothing. Good. Because, you and me, are going to be spending all day in bed. Well, I'm not going to say no to that. Maddie leaned down and kissed me feverishly. I pulled her closely as we made our on the couch. So, what do you say we take this to our room? I think I have some things planned for us tonight.. Maddie nodded her head. I picked her up with me, her still straddling my hips, and I walked to our bed. When we got there I laid her down gently and laid on top of her. Maddie pulled me down for a kiss and pulled back reluctantly then. I want another baby. I looked at Maddie in, shock? Awe? Amazement? I don't know what it was but my heart skipped a beat when she said that. I didn't say anything I just kissed her back with even more passion and love than before. I take that as a yes...? Yes, absolutely yes! She smiled and pulled me down my my shirt.
Maddie's POV
Wes says he wants another baby too. I am over the moon! I kissed him back and used all my force to roll us over, now I am on top of Wes. I lifted his shirt off of him and kissed him. After that, everything went uphill. We showed our love for each other well into the night and morning, hoping to go back to Chicago with 3 little ones instead of two. This also means I probably won't be able to go back to work.. Maybe be a paramedic full time now? I don't know. I honestly just want to live my life with my amazing husband and our two kids. Hopefully a third on the way by the time we head back home.
