Sarah's POV

We practiced at Sam's house again today. We progressed a lot. I'm still worried about Sam though. She coughed a lot.

"Are you sure you okay?" I asked her. Worried.

She smiled at me and nodded.

"I'm fine. Don't worry." She answered.

"Let's take a break for awhile." I took out a mineral bottle from my bag and drank it.

Sam sat on her bed and looked out at the window. Its like 5 pm in the evening. I looked at her. She was deep in thoughts. The wind blows through her silky black hair. I stared at her face. Its pale and she doesnt looked bright as usual.

''Sarah, no staring.'' she glanced.

''Sorry.'' I chuckled.

She looked at me with her striking green eyes. She smiled.

''Sarah, could you do me a favor?''

''Sure. What is it?''

''You know, im a strong person every now and then. I also need someone to take my hand and say that everything will be alright.'' she gave me a faint smile.

''Will you? Im sure I will be fine if its you the one who hold my hand and say that.'' she held out her hand.

I take her hand and hold it tightly.

''Sam. Everything will be alright.'' I slowly hugged her.

Sam's POV

I held back my tears when Sarah hugged me. I couldn't cry. I dont want her to worry about me. Knowing that she meant all of that makes me stronger.

''Im still holding on to something that I know probably wont happen, because somewhere deep down inside me, I have this little piece of hope that someday, it will. I wish we could grow up together, Sarah.'' I thought to myself.

Sarah's POV

I felt the warmth from her body, that made me felt safe and strong.

''Sam. You have no idea of the amount of happiness you brought into my life. Im glad we met.'' I hugged her tightly.

Sometimes you meet a person and you just click-- you're comfortable with them, like you've known them for the whole life and you dont have to pretend to be anyone or anything. I've found mine.

I let her go and smiled.

''Wanna continue?'' I asked.

She took a deep breath and nodded.

We practiced until dinner time. Sam's joking around, making both me and Aunt Aria laughed our heads off.

Aunt Aria sent me back home with her car that night.
