Xyra's POV"Three years, you haven't changed that much," Casey said and then took a sip from her frappuccino. "Yeah, I've missed you so much my dear friend," I stated and then sat. Matalik ko na kaibigan si Casey since I was eight years old. She's a straightforward person especially kung close kayo. "Same here. Ngayon, isa lang ang gusto kong itanong simula noong nakita kita," she said and then puts on a serious face. I gulped, "What is it?", I asked.
"Alessandra Claire Sullivan, do you have a boyfriend?" Casey asked. I sighed and rolled my eyes playfully, "Akala ko naman kung ano, wala," I answered. "Ha?! Balita ko ang daming good looking guys sa A6. Akala ko pa naman maaari mo akong ipakilala sa friends or sa friends of friends ng boyfriend mo," she explained and pouted. I chuckled, "Oh come on. Alam ko hindi lang yan ang pinunta mo dito."
She nodded, "Yup, Ayaw ko sabihin sayo. Besides, I want to see your reaction pag nalaman mo kung anong pinunta ko dito," she stated and grinned. I smirked, " You really like suprises, don't you?" I asked. She sticked her tongue out. I chuckled and shook my head. "By the way, uncle wants to see you," she said with worried eyes.
"Soon, when I'm ready," I stated and smiled. "I understand." she said and stood up. "Kailangan ko ng umalis. Magkikita pa kami ni-oops, I almost slip it out. Oh well, dumagdag lang yun sa suspense. À bientôt! (See you soon!)" she said and hugged me. I hugged her back and said "Impatient d'y être (Looking forward to it.)"
Matthew's POV
I opened my violin case and pulled out my bow and a rosin. I used it on my bow so it will produce usable sound when drawn across the strings. I tuned my violin and look through my clear book containing several musical piece. I decided to play Locatelli's Caprice in D major Op. 3 No. 23 'Il labirinto armonico.
I put my chin on its chin rest and my violin rest on my collarbone and supported by my left hand and by the shoulder. I started playing the piece when I look through the glass door and saw a girl. I can clearly see her face. I noticed that she's also playing Locatelli's Caprice in D major Op. 3 No. 23 'Il labirinto armonico by pretending that she's holding her own violin and playing the notes with her eyes closed.
When I did vibrato I can see that she is doing it right also. I continued playing the piece and looked at her uniform to see the color of her logo. I was more amazed when I found out that she's from Class-F. She opened her eyes and looked at me.
Her eyes widen when our eyes met. She looked down and ran. I stopped playing and put my violin on its case. I smiled and put it on my shoulder then went out of the music room. While I was walking on the hall, I saw the girl again walking towards the gate. She looked back and blushed when she saw me at the door. I find it really cute.
I was smiling when I entered DCM. "Bro, saan ka nanggaling?" Joshua asked. I was about to answer when Zoey talked, "I guess sa music room siya galing," she said. I nodded and put the violin case on the table. "What's with your smile?" Johanna asked. I just shrugged and sat down. "Secretive talaga ang tao na ito. Share it with us," Helen suggested. I sighed and said "Fine."
I caught the others attention. " I saw an interesting girl. She can play violin very well. Nagkatinginan sila and squinted their eyes. " Okay, most of students from Class B and Class C are capable of doing that. I thought this was going to be some girl who made you fall in love or something," Lynetta said and the others laughed.
"Well, ano ba ang requirement para makasali sa Class B or Class C?" I asked. " They should have the average of 93-95 and have a remarkable talent." Greg answered. "What does it take to be in Class D or Class E?" I asked again. "Para maging Class D your grade should be at least 88 and you should have a talent. If you only have a talent at hindi mo naabot ang required na grade you will be in Class E with those who have grades at least 83. Sa Class E pasok ang hindi pa discovered ang talent or ability as long as your grade is not below 83." Helen answered.
"The reason why it's interesting is because she has a remarkable talent and she's from Class-F. I was playing violin and I saw that girl pretending that she's holding a violin and playing the chords right. She could also do vibrato," I imparted. "She has a talent pero siguro her grades ay hindi mataas. Hindi umabot ng 83," Johanna said. "But she should be in Class E if that's the case," Helen stated.
Tumayo bigla si Jade. "Oh my goodness! I knew that girl is different," she blurted. "You know her?" I asked. She nodded, "Trust me, she's a smart girl," she professed. "I'm now more curious about her but hindi ako pwede mag research," she added. "Why?" I asked again. "Just doing my job as a part of the disciplinary committee," Johanna explained. Jade pouted and crossed her arms. "How about I do it?" I said and raised my hand.
Jade smirked, "Yes! That's right. It doesn't violate the rules. Hindi ako ang nag reresearch at nag iinvestigate which you prohibited me to do. Kung iyan ang mangyayari, I just happened to be a girl asking what he found out. Loophole!" she shouted and sticked her tongue out. Zoey rolled her eyes playfully. I turned my head to Eric. "By the way, Eric, what did I miss?" I asked. He stood up and gave me a piece of paper. "We will be having a Class-A special student soon." Johanna said.
"Looks like this is going to be fun." I stated and grinned.
