Chapter 6

Rosie's POV

"Ahhhhh."

That is the sound I woke up to this morning. It has been a whole week since Madison broke up with Anthony. I've barely seen Anthony at all. Cam says he's just been in class and his dorm, no where else. He must really be heartbroken if the only thing he does is go to class and his dorm.

As of right now, Madison was running around her room screaming the lyrics to 'The Way by Ariana Grande ft. Mac Miller'. When I say screaming, I mean screaming.

"Oh hi Rose. I feel soooo free!!! I forgot how it feels to be single and free! I can make out with whoever I want, whenever I want!!! I'm free!" Madison screamed once she noticed my presence in her room.

"Madison are you okay? You seem drunk and not your self." I said to her over the music.

"What?!? No I'm not drunk! I'm just happy that I'm single!" She said.

"Okay but its been a whole week since you were single. Why do you want to act all 'free' now?" I asked her.

"Oh I forgot to tell you. We are going to a party tonight! Yea there will be a lot of cute boys. Some of the guys from that paternity

(a sorority for boys) is throwing it." She told me.

"Okay but, I'm not single I'm with Camoren remember. Can he come?" I asked.

"The guys only wanted a bunch of girls to come I don't think you can bring Camoren." Madison said.

"I don't think that's a good idea for me to go then, Madison." I told her.

"Oh come one Rosie!!! It's only for one night. Live a little. I promise we will be back home before 12 and if your uncomfortable you can come back to the dorm. It will be fuuunnnn......." Madison teased me.

"Fine, but only until 12 and if I get uncomfortable then I'm coming straight back here." I told her.

"Yayyyy! Come on, you slept until 2today and the party starts at 6. We have four hours to get ready."

Uggghhh here we go.

An hour and a half later Madison and I are in my room choosing my outfit. Madison said she wants me to look sexy. Even though I could really care less. It's not like there is someone there who I need to impress.

"How about this one?" Madison said pulling out a strapless pink dress. It had a sweetheart neckline and at had a sequined band going around the waist. It was cute but the dress was about 7 inches above my kneecap.

"It's cute but, it's a little short." I told her.

"So! Just wear the dang dress, Rose! You are always being a good little school girl! Just live for this one night and have fun! Don't even try to say no! You are wearing this dress one way or another." Madison told me.

"Oh great." I said sarcastically as she put the tiny dress on me.

An hour later, I had my make up and hair done and I was all ready for the party. I didn't know what I looked like because Madison wanted to suprise me.

"Okay!!! You're all done! Look!" Madison said as she took her hands off my eyes and I looked in the mirror. I stared at the person I saw in shock!

She didn't look like me at all. The girl had on the dress that Madison picked out and to match she had on 6 inch silver heels. Her hair was in long brown waves that reached right above her waist. She had dangling silver earrings on and her makeup was gorgeous. She had on silver eye shadow but, light foundation.
