I'm so happy, 'cause today I found my friends
They're in my head
I'm so ugly, but that's ok 'cause so are you
We broke our mirrors
Sunday morning is everyday for all I care
And I'm not scared.

As Alex and Bristol sat beside each other at one of the booths at the coffee shop, they started to look up more facts about Lithium on Alex's phone. Even when their food came, they ate slowly as they made jokes and pointed out interesting facts.Alex glanced up from his phone for a split second to take a bite out of his sandwich, and from the corner of his eye he thought he saw a glimpse of light blond hair and a familiar face. It hadn't crossed his mind until he glanced back down at his phone, only to quickly look back up in the direction of the blond.
He almost choked on his sandwich when he spotted Ran, who was also looking at his phone and eating the same type of sandwich he was.
The brunet slapped the other brunette's arm, and pointed towards Ran as subtly as possible.
Bristol bursted into a fit of loud giggles as Alex tried to get her to shut up by placing his hand over her mouth.
"Will you be quiet?" He shushed harshly, breaking his friend from her trance of excitement.
Bristol continued to giggle, although now silently. Alex removed his hand and looked back at the blond boy that was sitting at the other side of the room. Ran was now glancing out the window beside him, and the brunet couldn't help but feel like he was upset about something.
"Should I go see him?" He asked, hushing quietly.
"Oh my god, you dork!" Bristol giggled again, slapping Alex's shoulder.
Alex shushed her again, before standing up, taking his sugar-induced coffee and sandwich with him. Bristol stood up too, following her friend.
"Mind if we sit here?" Alex asked as he and his friend approached the table.
Ran looked up, and grinned widely when he saw the two teens in front of him.
"Yeah, sure." He nodded.
Alex and Bristol took a seat across from Ran beside each other.
"You look sad," Alex said, "so we came to charm you with my beauty."
Bristol scoffed ironically. "Whatever helps you sleep at night, buddy." She said, flipping her hair over her shoulder for dramatic affect.
"I may be ugly, but that's ok, 'cause so are all of you motherfuckers."
Bristol chuckled. But Ran only smiled, staying silent as he looked at Alex.
"You good?" The male brunet asked.
Ran nodded, still smiling. He examined the worried expression on the Brunet's face a little longer, before he sighed and stretched in his seat.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Sorry. What're you guys doing here anyways?" He asked.
"We're on lunch break," Bristol answered, "I don't know if we plan on going back."
Ran laughed shortly, tearing his gaze away from Alex momentarily to look at Bristol.
But as the two started to chat more, Alex quickly became bored and frustrated that neither of his friends were paying attention to him. He became focused on taking out any unwanted vegetables in his sandwich, growing angry as he noticed they put mustard in it even though he specifically said he didn't want any sauces in it at all. He tried to eavesdrop over the conversation Ran and Bristol were having, and he couldn't help but hear Ran say something.
