Ranie's POV
"Pssstt..!" A voice called from somewhere. "Hey Ranie!"
I opened my eyes to see nobody.
"W-who's there?" I slowly said, getting out of the chair.
"It's me, a snake," The voice called.
I gasped, "HUNTER...! What are you doing here?!"
"I'm here for you, puny fox," Hunter snapped.
"For what? To take more of my powers? To make me suffer in pain? To kill me?!"
"Woah, slow down child, I'm not here to do any of those."
"W-whaaa? Than why are you here?"
"I'm here to take you..."
"Where?"
"Somewhere."
"I wanna know."
"Patience fox, you will know in the right timing."
"Ugh, I hate waiting."
"Well too bad, because you have to."
"I'M TOO CURIOUS! Just take me to this place NOW!" I demanded.
"Hmm... I'll give you a deal."
"What's the deal snake?"
"I need you to lend yourself to me, then all your dreams will come true."
"I don't have any majestic dreams that I want to happen." I snapped.
"Isn't your dream to finish me off, forever?"
"Well... It kinda is, I guess."
"Imagine making your friends really happy, because of that simple deal."
"Don't follow him Ranie, just don't, he's malipulative," I thought inside my head. "Don't make the deal, you can get hurt..."
It was so hard, to be honest, I did have some dreams that I've always wanted them to happen. But how about me? What happens if I lent myself to Hunter... For my friends or for my safety...
"I'll decide," I said firmly.
"Okay then, but you've only got until sundown to think about it, or else you and your puny brother will suffer."
"JACOB IS NOT PUNY!" I yelled.
"Hahaha... Tick tock Ranie!"
Then I fell back into the chair and went back to sleep.
A few moments later, I heard some pleasant voices calling my name.
"I wonder if Ranie's okay now," a voice said.
"She looms fine," the second voice said.
Then somebody touched my forehead, but I still closed my eyes.
"She feels okay now," a male voice said.
"Should we wake her up?" a third voice asked.
I twitched a little.
"Look! She's waking up!" the first voice yelled.
Then I fluttered my eyes open to see Leonora, Jacob and Marie, all looking at me.
