Chapter 7

*Nicki's P.O.V*

I woke up in my room confused. I looked around trying to remember what happened yesterday night then I saw my box on my dresser. Trevor. I got out of bed, hid my box in my closet again then I went to wash up. I checked my phone and it was 1, I have 2 more hours before I meet the guys and Shay at the swimming pool. After I cleaned myself up, I walked downstairs to have some late brunch! I decided to have some left over fruit salad, and some orange juice. I turned my attention to my cousins and they seemed to find some comfort in their new homes. I need to contact their dad, he works over sea so they don't get much time from him, but all I know is that he'd do anything for them. I picked up my phone and searched up his company name and phoned them.

"hello?" He answered, I beamed with excitement.

"Uncle Robbin? It's me, Nicki Williams!" I said not too loud.

"NICKI?! Oh my goodness, how I've missed you all!" He said with a crack in his voice. He doesn't know..

"Um, Uncle Robbin, Yo-your wife..sh-she died..2 weeks ago in a shoot out.." I said holding back tears.

"What?" He paused taking a deep breath.

"Sh-she died? Th-the kids...where are they?" He said crying.

"They're with me and Kate, they are safe I promise!" I said reassuring him.

"I am coming, I will book the soonest flight, I will be there I swear! I will just move my company..Or start another one here, I don't care but I am coming! Thank you Nicki, I will be there I swear" He said as he hung up. Now that's off my chest! I decided to go pack my swimming things. I put on my Blue Bikini, and threw a long shirt on top that went up to my knees, I packed extra clothing, money, hair brush, and a hair tie. I put on my Converse, sweater, and went downstairs.

"Bye Kate! I will be back in time for dinner! Bye Luke, bye Chris, bye Ellies, and Bye my baby Ella! " I said kissing them all. I grabbed my keys, water bottle and walked out the door. Let this day begin!

*Shay's P.O.V*

I woke up with the biggest smile on my face. Yesterday was amazing!! I jumped out of the bed and looked at the time. OH MY GOODNESS IT'S ALMOST 3! I quickly ran down the stairs and looked around the house. Mom and dad were watching TV and Aidan was playing with...Ryder!

"Why didn't you wake me up child!" I said from the kitchen.

"You looked so peaceful! Plus you had a big day yesterday now since you awake. Hurry your butt, everyone is waiting! " He said going back to play with Aidan. I rolled my eyes and ran up the stairs. I put on my Neon Orange bikini and put on my White sun dress, and my Red Vans. I packed my Hair brush, extra Socks, underwear, money. I put on my sweater, Grabbed my phone and sunglasses, pulled the small backpack onto my shoulder and walked down the stairs. I walked into the kitchen, filled up my water bottle and went to say bye to my parents.

"I'm ready...WIAT I NEED FOOD!" I said walked back to the kitchen until I felt Ryder pick me up an.d throw me over his shoulder.

"Relax! I gotchu!" He said.

"BUT I AM REALLY HUNGRY!" I kept saying as he closed the front door behind him. I groaned and gave up, he isn't going to put me down now was he? He opened up the car door almost dropping me and he sat me in the car and put on my seat belt and threw my backpack onto the ground.

"I am not a child I know how to put on my seat belt! " I said smiling.

"Yeah...remember what happened last time! " He said remembering.

"Wasn't my fault it got stuck in my hair!" I said crossing my hands.

"Like, how do you. ..nevermind!"He said putting on his seat belt. He reached into the back seats and pulled out a sandwich and have me eat.

"Eat up! We gotta a big day!" He said winking as he turned up the volume and we were off.

The pool!

I jumped out of the car with my bag and helped Ryder with the most of the food. We walked to were the guys were..OH NICKI WAS THERE! Yes! I can have a girl to hang out with too!I ran to them and Blake eloped me with a hug which caught me by surprise. We set everything down along with the other blankets. I kicked off my shoes and Took off my sun dress and Nicki just looked at me.

"I have the same swimsuite!" She smiled. She took off her long blue shirt and she did! Hers was a blue though. I smiled at her and I began to run to the water until I cold warm arms pulling me back. I looked up and it was Blake.

"You can't go swimming now, didn't you just eat!"He said...I did. RYDER! He knows how I love swimming. I looked at him and he was smirking. Lucky he was near the water..deep end. I walked up to him and blew him a kiss and I pushed him! I couldn't stop laughing! Up until I felt someone push me too, BLAKE!I grabbed his arm and pulled him in with me.

"You two set me up!" I said. And they just burst out laughing. I started swimming around and then I noticed Miles and Nicki. Ooooooooo I think he likes her!A smirk landed across my face. I jumped out of the water and walked towards them.

"Hey Nicki! Did you know that Miles still has his stuffe-" I said before a hand clamped onto my mouth.

"Okay Shay yiu can leave now!" He said amd I just shook my head. I grabbed both their hands and sat them down by the pool and I pointed to the water. I got back in and began splashing them until they were fully wet! They both jumped in and chased me! I swam faster and faster until I gave up, I stopped and I stood up. Suddenly I felt something near my legs but before I could reach down I was lifted into the air! I looked down and Blake was smirking. He threw me off his shoulders and I landed in Dylan arms who threw me to Shawn then Tucker and then back to Blake who threw me into the water.

"THANKS!" I glared at them.

We all swam for a couple of hours before we got exhausted. We got out and decided to something else for the rest of the day. Nicki and I went to change while The boys did as well.

"Did you have fun?" I asked and she just looked at me with a straight face but then smiled.

"Yes,yes I did! It was the best time I've had in 5 months!" She said, now that was music to my ears. I didn't bring extra clothing so I had to spend the rest of the day in a dress. .great! I took a shower there amd got dressed. I had to dry my feet really well or the socks will feel weird! I looked around and no one was around, Nicki was still changing. I sat on a bench and lifted up my feet and the blow drying began drying my feet. I did that a couple of times until Nicki walked out and saw me.

"YOU ARE SO LUCKY I AM WEARING SHORTS!" I said laughing.

"What are you...nevermind!" She said laughing. I put on my socks and my Vans and walked out. The guys were all wearing Dark blue jeans and some nice shirts .

"I didn't realize we are all going dancing!" I said rolling my eyes! They all smiled and we all walked back to the cars. Ryder, Blake, Dylan and I went with Ryder and Shawn, Miles and Tucker went with Nicki. We all got in and buckled up. I sat in the back with Dylan while Blake was up front with Ryder.
