Chapter Eight

*Shay's P.O.V *

"Loser" Dylan said.

"Weirdo!" I replied.

"Annoying"

"Butt hole"

"Did you just call me a butt hole?" Dylan asked laughing and I nodded with confidence. He rolled his eyes and I whacked him.

"Man you two fight a lot!" Blake called to us.

"I think more than they used to when we were younger!" Ryder complained.

"How did you guys even meet?" Blake asked and Dylan and I smiled.

"We'll....I was at the Park with Ryder, Miles, Tucker, and Shawn. We were all about 5. This was after it rained and we were playing in the puddles. There was a mud spot near us and we stayed away from it.." I said looking at Dylan and he continued.

"I don't know why, but I was jealous of her and how she had so much friends!So I ran up to her and pushed her into the mud and got her favorite dress muddy!" He said laughing.

"How the heck are you two still best friends?" Blake asked.

"No one likes boring first meets right?" I smiled hugging Dylan. Half the car drive it was all music and laughter up until I wanted to know where we were going.

"JUST TELL ME!" I said once more. They Didn't reply, just turned up the music and ignored me. Wow, great friends!

*Nicki's P.O.V *

The whole way there I was super tempted to ask where we were headed.

"IF I WAS YOUR BOYFRIEND I'D NEVER LET YOU GO!" Miles yelled into the air and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Now I Belive you!" I smiled at him. He was sitting beside me in the front, while Tucker and Shawn were in back. He bit his lip and winked at me. He just have me butterflies...Oh my goodness did he just give me butterflies! RESIST NICKI RESIST! But I didn't, I blushed and smiled and looked at the road. We continued the drive with fun and then we made it! We parked, and I got out of the car. Woah! This place is big. I looked over at Shay and she looked just as confused as I am! PLUS, LOOK AT US! I'm wearing a bug big shirt with Converse, and she is wearing a sun dress with Vans for goodness sakes! Everyone is looking at us like we are crazy. Ryder, Blake, and Shay walk over to us and all the guys smile.

"YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST TOLD US TO DRESS NICE?!" Shay flipped and I agreed.

"Oh shut up Shay you look perfect!" Blake said.

"Plus Nicki, That looks perfect on you!" Miles said grabbed my hand and pulling me inside. I think Shawn was the most amazed out of all of us!

*Shay's P.O.V *

"How the Frick do your parents allow you to go to their Country club! AND, Bring US, along!" He exclaimed. Ahh I remember what happened last time!

Grade 7, Blake decided to bring the boys to the newly open Country Club! They danced and had the time of their life. That's of course until They got hyper. They jumped around and broke so many things, and of course, Tucker got into a fist fight with some guys and Miles, Shawn, Dylan, Ryder, and Blake backed him up. Since that whole incidence, they were no longer aloud to step foot inside the country club without their parents. I guess they had a change of heart?

" Change of heart!" Blake replied. Yup, I was right!.We all walked over to the Bar and order some Coke. We ate and finished our drinks and then the music started playing. Blake grabbed my hand and pulled me off my chair, he wrapped his hands around me waist and I put my hands around his neck and we started dancing. He has the most perfect brown eyes ever! Just by one touch My heart went up in flames. I really really liked him! I think way too much for that matter. I really wasn't paying attention to what was going on because just then Blake kissed me in front of everyone! I would love to say he was my first kiss but he wasn't, actually...Ryder was. 8th grade, I like him that time, I really don't know what happened. He just ran up, grabbed my waist and kissed me. After that, we never talked about it. Only the guys know about it and they didn't stop teasing us. I opened my eyes and the kiss was over. Woah. I bit my lip and Blake gave me a shy smile. I looked over to everyone else and saw them dancing. Miles and Nicki, Tucker and Shawn, Ryder and Dylan.

"Do you think Miles likes Nicki?" I suddenly asked Blake. His eyes came off mine and he looked over to them and he smirked.

"I would say yes. But you know him more!" He said raising his eyebrows at me. I laughed and nodded.

"Some else here has a crush on someone too!" I said..omg I'm going to tell him! He looked at me and tilted his head.

"Who? " He asked. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

"Me...I like you!" I said looking at my feet. He put his finger under my chin and lifted his head and smiled at me.

"I like you too," He said kissing me on the forehead. He broke apart as soon as the song stopped and he grabbed my hand and we all went to the table.

"What else you guys wanna do?" Tucker asked.

"Well I gotta head home! I promised Kate I'd be home for dinner!" She said. She hugged us goodbye and left. We decided to play truth or dare.

"Truth or dare?" Dylan asked me. FINALLY! I've waited like 20 rounds already.

"Dare!"

"I dare you to get that guys number!" Dylan said pointing to a very cute guy, he was about our age. I smirked and nodded. I walked over to him and sat beside him.

"Hey..I'm Shay! "I said smiling at him. He smirked at me and shook my hand.

"I'm Leo! What brings a pretty girl like you here?" He asked .

"You!" I said. He blushed and winked. He wrote down his number and I walked back to my friends.

"Woah! Did you actualky just do that!" Shawn said laughing!.

"Bad girl!" Miles said laughing.

"I ain't gonna use it, chill!" I said rolling my eyes. After another few rounds we all headed home. I sat in the front with Ryder, and the guys sorted themselves out. We dropped the guys off one by one and then I decided to ask Ryder to stay for dinner.

"Please!" I pouted and he gave in. He called his mom and she said it was alright. YAY! He parked the car and walked inside. I found my parents at the TV and when they saw us, they grinned. My dad winked at me and my mom couldn't stop smiling...I am never going to here the end of this. Let the night begin!
