2.1.1---------------------------------------------
It was a gloomy, drizzling day.
Through the dark alleys that could be found between tall buildings in new Tokyo, a man, who was wearing eye glasses, was running through the harsh weather like somebody was pursuing him.
The man was running non-stop. He was carrying a metallic suit case in his chest and always glancing on his shoulders while dashing through these alleys. But he was already exhausted. He was badly catching his breath. He was getting slower and slower every second of the escape of his life time.
The one boy who was following the man had already a small screen menu on his side while pursuing the man carrying a suit case.
"Masuda-san, the hacker is already reaching check point within few seconds. Keep pursuing him until you two reached Felix-san."
"Roger that!" Yosuke Masuda answered the small voice in his screen menu.
Although it was a small scale mission, this was Yosuke Masuda's second mission as a member of SPEAR.
The plan was to corner their target in a location near a wide river just at the end of the said alley. There, Felix Webster of SPEAR was waiting for them to finish this mission.
Wind with few droplets of rain was gushing through Yosuke as he was dashing in full speed. A few seconds later in the midst of the run and chase action, as Yosuke was slowly shortening his distance to his target, the man with eye glasses threw something on the ground in front of the boy without even glancing back. Although Yosuke couldn't see clearly what object was thrown at him, he then suddenly stopped running as he saw something huge that was blocking his way.
"Huh?"
A small swirling wind of tornado was summoned in front of him. Although the tornado was only half as big as the buildings around it, it was still dangerous to go near it.
"Masuda-san, the tornado produced in front of you will last for 60 seconds. Just enough time to lose your target. Change directions to the left entry and run to the second right exit!"
The man who was being chased was grinning while still holding the metallic case in his chest. He then stopped running and took a break from his long exhausting escape through these alleys. He quickly laid down his suit case and was catching his breath.
"Hmph! Hmph! Hmph! That boy... Hmph! He really think that... Hmph! He can catch... Hmph! Me? Hmph! Hmph! Hmph!"
But even though he said that line, his eyes suddenly widened as he heard some footsteps coming from his back. Despite the fact that he wanted to rest a few more seconds, he quickly grabbed his suit case once again as he saw the boy running in about only few meters behind him.
Although Yosuke was quick to catch up to the fugitive, the man thought that all that was currently happening was according to his plan. He had set up an empty motorboat besides the river that was waiting for him. All he had to do was to trap the boy again with his tornado for him to have more time to escape completely.
Running in a dark narrow area, the man with a suit case had finally saw the shining light coming from the exit of these dark alleys.
At last! I'm going to escape this kingdom filthy rich! The man thought in excitement.
As he reached the light indicating the end of the alleys, he was surprised at what he had witness. It was a huge shining ball of light just few meters ahead of him.
"!"
He didn't know what it was. It wasn't there when he had set up his escape motorboat.
But when he looked closely at the circular object, he found out that it was just a man.
