2.3.4---------------------------------------------

Back at Trinity, after eating and signing up their contract, Yosuke and Laura continued their free tour at the compound which was led by Vincent Seymour. From that point on, the three had explored the whole campus, circling from training facilities to Trinity Alpha's dormitory, going their way to the library up to the Trinity's Research and Development lab and lastly, the guild's own Main Hall.

Although this place was quite familiar to Yosuke as the compound was similar to Haley Ambrosia's Mansion in some ways, he was still able to enjoy the trip.

He just learned that the guild didn't just offer a training facility comparable to the Ambrosia Laboratories, there were also a lot of resources like books, weapon and armor equipment and several battle advisers found in this campus.

It was like this place was built just for the sake of the guild alone.

The guild, bearing the sign of the strongest, wasn't just a simple name after all.

But that wasn't the only reason why Yosuke Masuda was enjoying this trip.

Although his reactions was quite exaggerated at some times, but upon experiencing his harsh years in high school, Yosuke actually believed that he couldn't and wouldn't met a harmless, sweet girl that might only existed in those anime stories. Those beliefs grew even wider as he met Haley Ambrosia, Krysta Misashi and Cornelia Penelope, which were all female personalities that would definitely cause problems for him.

But all of those fears vanished.

He once again met a girl named Laura Lancaster, whose sweet little voice was enough for someone to fall in love with. With her blonde hair and a body proportion that was enough to become popular among the boys, she was one of the girls Yosuke thought only existed in anime.

And on top of that, they were in the same guild.

Yosuke realized that never giving up resulted this fruits. Fruits that were established by means of never losing hope.

Just walking around with Laura, it created an ambience that Yosuke had never felt in his stinking life.

---------------------------------------------

The three then left the main hall, passing through a relic-looking door which was about 20 feet in height.

It was already 3 pm in the afternoon. At this time, Trinity Beta members, who were typically seen in blue uniforms, were usually starting to walk out of the compound. It was the time of Trinity's usual closing hours.

But the three noticed a crowd gathering just in front of the main hall.

The crowd, consisting mostly of Beta members, were encircled and seemed to be watching something in its center.

Yosuke and his two companions went near the mob and had witnessed was what going on in there. They saw a man with a bulky physique, wearing a red uniform, arguing with the infamous rookie who always wore a scarf in her neck.

"What do you mean you're not willing to support me?!"

"I don't feel supporting you, Senpai."

"You got some nerve talking to me like that, rookie. Did you know that I'm one of the strongest here in Trinity! Only second to Noel-san in terms of physical strength! You should feel honored I invited you to become my personal support user!"

The girl just sighed.

"I'm out of here."

Michaela Steiner turned around and started to walk away from her senpai without even glancing back.

"Hmpf! You rookies are always acting tough in your first day." The bulky guy didn't stop talking. "But when your ass gets kicked in a mission, you'll come back here crying like a baby. You're the golden age of rookies? Don't make me laugh. I bet I could beat you all even if all of my arms are tied up behind my back!"

Upon hearing those insults, the rookie who was wearing a scarf, suddenly stopped in her feet and reverted back to the Alpha member who was scolding her.

With a smirk in her face, she declared a statement that shocked the whole crowd watching them.

"Really, Senpai? How about we have a little match to prove your strength...?"

The man in red uniform just froze in his feet.

"I'll show you why we're called the golden age..."

The rookie, Michaela Steiner, 5th overall ranked support specialist, just challenged one of Trinity's strongest!
