The moment Yosuke Masuda was taking care of the champion beast, Caroline Castlelock had already gone to a place where the transportation vortex code was written, inside the Clock Tower.

Upon setting her foot just outside the tower, Caroline didn't waste any time and entered the giant hole the champion beast previously made. But instead of going up the tower, the pink haired girl went down to the clock tower's basement using a rusty-looking stairs.

I must hurry!

When Caroline passed the stairs into the basement, she saw a concrete wall, full of several odd-looking signs that were mostly shaded black and gray. The symbols were like several pieces of a giant puzzle that was aligned together, taking the shaped of a large circle.

It was the Transportation Vortex.

This time I can't make a mistake! Yosuke-kun's life depends on this...

Caroline Castlelock quickly swiped her right hand in the air. And then, a floating screen popped out in front of her.

"!"

It was a floating screen accompanied by a digital keyboard, while displaying a digital menu full of unreadable words that was quite similar to those programming code modules.

But just after it appeared in front of Caroline, the Transportation Vortex began to emit. Its color began flashing, turning from red to white and vice versa.

Caroline didn't waste any time and started typing rapidly on her screen menu.

If I'm correct, this has to be...

The pink-haired girl was thoroughly keying her screen menu, concentrating on the Transportation Vortex alone. She was so focused on modifying the code that she wasn't paying attention at all to her surroundings. All of it due to her being certain that there were no beasts in that place. That Yosuke Masuda had already gone off with the giant beast in an attempt to buy her enough time.

But she was wrong.

While she was busy modifying with the transportation code, there was already a small fracture that was slowly getting longer and longer within the basement's wall.

As Caroline finally tapped the Enter Key on her digital keyboard, the flashing colors of the transportation vortex suddenly turned green.

"Finish at last! With this, we can..."

The fracture line on the wall was only thin. But in just a few seconds, the basement's wall already was already producing several line branches that was enough for Caroline to notice.

"Huh?"

The wall started trembling. Small debris and dust could be seen falling just as the wall started shaking. It felt as if the wall was about to burst open.

From that moment, Caroline froze on her feet. She was just staring at the trembling wall, uncertain of what was about to happen. She just noticed that the wall couldn't take the pressure anymore, exploding heavily with dust covering the entire basement.

"!"

Caroline immediately covered her face. She still didn't have any idea what was happening on the other side, but she was certain that there was something behind those walls.

When the dust started to disappear, she heard a sound that was similar to a beast's roar. The pink haired girl then noticed something coming out from the shadows within the wall.
