Chapter 11 - Cyber Memories

In the midst of a peaceful morning, a news was spreading on just every corner of new Tokyo. A news that even the Supremes of the kingdom was concerned about.

The news of Goldmoor City, being paralyzed by several wild champion beasts.

Although a lot of information about Goldmoor City was being shared and broadcasted through television and social networks, the origin of this incident was still unknown to the public.

Several rumors stated that same terrorists that planned the Summon Beast Incident last March 7 were never been captured and had returned again to destroy new Tokyo. Other rumors suggested that this incident was a product of the Cyber Newspaper's latest news, the increase of wild beasts in East Abyss had propelled those beasts to find new habitat.

However, the one that was causing the most concern was the reportedly killed and missing citizens. Unlike the Summon Beast Incident, authorities were having tough time defending the city against those beasts. Because not only that they were dealing with champion beast in B, A and S Classes, they also didn't have any information on almost all of the wild beasts seen in Goldmoor.

Of course, a lot of people from all parts of new Tokyo expressed their concern on several social media networks. And in response to this, all SF officers stationed in nearby cities of Goldmoor City had already evacuated those people living in those nearby areas.

However, despite of all the confusion, there was still no statement from the King of new Tokyo.

That was why a lot of activist, whether young and old, were taking their anger and protesting in front of the White Palace and in front of the Ambrosia Flower Field.

"We are here live at the entrance of the Ambrosia Flower Field to report to you guys the latest news that's happening here. Currently, a lot of people in all ages are protesting here. As all you can hear from your television screens, they are protesting why they are still no word from the most powerful man in the country...."

"Where is the King?!"

"Is new Tokyo going to be alright?!"

"Why is it that there are no words coming from the King?!"

"We want answers!"

"Ambrosia-sama! Get your ass down here now!"

The protest was happening just in front of the gate at the Ambrosia Flower Field. There, an angry mob that was several enough to cover the entire street, were each holding large tarpaulins, some brought their own megaphone, expressing their concern from the recent incidents that was tormenting the kingdom.

And in just a few minutes, the mob noticed someone finally walking out from the gates of the flower field.

It was Haley Ambrosia, owner of the said place.

But the Ojou-sama was not alone. At her back was Chief Hayate Misashi and several men in black suits, as well as a group of medical team working on the Ambrosia Laboratory.

Haley Ambrosia already knew that this would eventually happen. She immediately responded to the angry crowd by letting her presence seen. In that way, she could probably calm the mob.

Haley also had prepared a statement for these people.

"My apologies for..."

"Bring out the King!"

"We don't want any excuses!"

"We want the King!"

"We want the King! We want the King! We want the King! We want the King!"
