Hey guys! 😎 Did you like the action in the last one. Benjamin isn't who we thought he was. Well anyway, someone suggested to me that I should include some bit of .....Captain Edward Kenway! The feared pirate of the Caribbean. Or is that Captain Jack.... 🤔 You tell me! Anyway he sailed the West Indies ya da ya da ya da.... So, enjoy guys.

1780- They went to the Homestead Bay. There the mighty brigantine, Aquila, was docked. Benjamin was astonished at the ship as if he'd hadn't seen it in a long time. Connor's Quartermaster or first-mate, Mr. Faulkner, was yelling at a sailor. "And I don't give a rat's ass if you are have a headache. You'll feel more than that if you keep skipping your duties and leaving more for the other mates. Now get back to work you worthless muck worm!" Mr. Faulkner turned and drank out of a bottle of whiskey.
Connor came to him and said, "Hello, Mr. Faulkner." The commanding swashbuckler looked up quick and replied, "Ahoy, Captain Kenway. I'm pleased to see your return. We've been keeping the Aquila shipshape and steady, sir." "That's good," replied Connor smiling to see his old friend. Seeing Eva, the old man asked, "And who's this lovely lass, Captain?" Eva smiled. "Her name is Eva," answered Connor. Faulkner kissed her hand as he bowed. Then he looked up and saw Benjamin Franklin. "By God," he stepped forward, "It can't be. You old devil! Where have been all these years my friend?" Faulkner hugged Franklin. "I see you've been busy," chuckled Franklin.
Finally after Connor learned how Franklin met with Faulkner on the way to France, Connor asked more questions about their earlier days. "I met your grandfather once, lad," mentioned Faulkner," Aye, he was one of the most fearsome swashbucklers amongst us. Mark my words. He was a pirate, boy. He'd deny it of course and correct that term with privateer, but the deckhands and I knew exactly what he was. A buccaneer that would one moment come from the ocean's shipwrecks, and the next, from deep within the dark, Mayan, jungles."
They all went up and boarded the Aquila and Connor smelt the ocean air through the wind. He could feel the pull of the pirate within his soul. Mr. Faulkner came and said, "Every true sailor feels it within their hearts, lad. I'm sure you do too." Connor said, "Yes. I understand the feeling. I have pirate blood. And Mohawk Indian blood. What am I, then?" "You're an Assassin," replied Eva. Connor smiled at her.
"We must sail to a place of of the marshy coasts of Main called 'King's Inlet',said Connor to Faulkner, "Are you able to take us, Mr. Faulkner?" The old man said, "Aye. However I reckon that the lads, might get a bit spooked by the ghostly legends and with the ghost of the 'Old Sea Captain' roaming around, it's a fool's errand. But, you are the captain so I'll give the order." Then Connor went down to the Captain's Cabin to change into his pirate outfit and then came back out.
"Wow," said Eva,"you look just like a pirate. Except the bow and arrows on your back and the tomahawk at your side and the feather in your hair, but other then that, you are perfect." Connor looked at her and gave her a kiss. "I could say the same about you, Eva," he replied. Then he went up to the helm of the ship where Franklin and Mr. Faulkner were waiting on him. Then Connor nodded at Faulkner who ordered, "Cast off those lines, you mucking bilge rats!" Then, the Aquila set sail once again, leaving the Homestead. Connor grabbed hold of the helm's wheel and steered them out of the Bay.
In the air above them was an eagle flying through the air majestically. Connor looked above at it and saluted it. Faulkner scoffed and shook his head as he opened up a bottle of rum. "Saluting birds. Haha. What's next? The Almighty sends a flock of geese to fly over the Sun's rays." At that moment a flock of wild geese flew over the brightness of the Sun. Faulkner was amazed. Franklin and Eva laughed. "You speak too soon, Mr. Faulkner," said Connor humorously. Then Faulkner said, "Aye. I think I'll hold out on this rum for a bit lad and check down below." Then Faulkner left. Connor imagined if Edward Kenway were there, what he might say,"Connor. Grandson. You've made a great pirate out of yourself like your grandfather. I'm so proud of you and wish I were there to pat your back in much approval. Aye, by God, no other would I have to succeed as my heir. Thank you. I love you, Connor."
