So the whole pirate thing has been really catching on with me and I think that it's cool how this journey that Connor is on is like the footsteps of Edward Kenway a bit. However it is not a copy of that life so don't be so edge-of-your-seat about it. Anyway they are still in a big problem and need to get out of it. Let's see what happens next. 👍🏽✌🏽️🙌🏽

1781- They went away from the tavern and went down the dirt roads of the town of Nassau. The sun was still just as hot and the old British fort was able to be seen above the palm trees from where they were. As Connor and Israel walked along, a man with a fishing pole walked by and was singing an old sailor's tune. Israel saw a stick on the ground and picked it up. He said to Connor, "This place is full of strange things, Connor. Ships be docked all over the place, companies of different people go by, and yet business flows amongst the desperate and homeless. What do you think we are to do, man? We are still stranded in the West Indies!" Israel was now referring to the plan of which they had to get back to Boston where the Brotherhood was at.
"Israel," replied Connor, "have patience. The boat that we were sailing on has run out of supplies for us to survive on. I wonder......" Israel starred at Connor, hoping for an idea. Connor spoke, "Look there, Israel." Israel followed Connor's finger to what was a group of rough sailors and a couple Caribbean natives. Israel was confused. Connor went over to them with Israel following. The men and natives saw the Assassin and former slave approach. "Excuse me," spoke Connor with a polite tone, "my friend and I noticed you all and we came to the idea that you were hunters. Is that correct?"
"Hunters?" said one sailor, "we are in the business of sea trade. We are Buccaneers, lad. We hunt down Spanish treasure ships, loot 'em, go to land, hunt for meat, sell and work the meat, then fish for crustaceans. The term hunter, lad, is leaving out important details." Connor nodded. ,
"We asked because we thought that you might be able to help us. You see, we need food to help us for supplies." The sailor said, "We were just conversing with theses, here, native Arawak Indians about the hunt for food. We're trying to hunt down a few 'em wild bores, some crabs, and jaguars. You see, ever since 'em trade snatchers took control of these Indies, buccaneering is hard to do now. As the Crown settles here, and hunting becomes overtaken by business, life is harder for us, too. So maybe we could make a bit of profit off of each other."
"What do you propose?" Connor asked. The sailor and his friends smiled. The sailor said, "If you and your friend can help us with our next hunt, boy, and retrieve a bit of coin, as you might say, then perhaps, a neutral benefit would be in order. We could supply you with easy resources, in return for your helpful services about our business. What say you, lad? Do we have an accord?" The man held his hand out towards Connor and Israel. Connor grabbed it and shook it. Israel shook his hand next. The buccaneers all smiles and cheered. The two native hunters also cheered. The sailor stated, "Good, lads. The job begins now."
The plan was simple to Connor and Israel: catch some beasts from the swamps of Nassau's center, and loot the cargo of the docked Spanish vessels off of the eastern coasts of the island. The group of buccaneers marched with their weapons into the dark swamps. Connor and Israel climbed up the tropical trees, which branches were so thick that it seemed that it could hold a ship on top of it. Some of the buccaneers hid in bushes, others climbed up the trees, and some crouched low by the edge of some streams. Connor held out his native tomahawk. The Arawak Indian hunters aided Connor and Israel in the trees. A bore was spotted by one of the natives and they shot it with a poison dart. One of them went down to skin it while the other said to Connor and Israel, "Do not shoot them with your pistols. They are louder than rifle shots. Shoot them with your bow and arrows." Connor saw another bore and, with his bow and arrow, shot it in the neck. He climbed down the tree and went over and skinned it for its meat.
After that was done, a jaguar came out from the bushes by Connor. A shot broke out from one of the buccaneers at the jaguar but it missed. It tacked the native Assassin to the ground. Israel and some other men shot at it but the one buccaneer shouted, "No! You'll kill the lad!" Connor was being scratched a bit on his arms and face. He was grabbing for the jaguar's jaws to keep them away. The natives shot darts at the beast and it eased off a bit. Then, with his hidden blade, Connor stabbed it in the neck, killing it, and got it off. He bled a bit from his mouth, chest, and arms. But he managed to skin it still. Israel climbed down to him.
"Are you all right, Connor?" he asked his friend. Connor spit blood on the ground as he stood up. "Yes," he managed to say. Then Connor went to the bore that he shot and skinned it too. Connor said, "Look. I have killed you a bore. How many have we killed in all from all of us?" The sailor looked around. "Seventeen, lad," replied the sailor. "You sure you are alright?" Connor nodded. "Then let's head to the docks. We have to loot the ships." Connor shook out the pains of the attack of the beast and walked along with the group.
On the way to the docks the group passed a few ladies who were wearing flirtatious dresses. Connor couldn't help but notice that they were looking at him while the buccaneers were passing them. Connor looked away, smirked, and shook his head. Connor knew that he was already in love with one woman, and that was Eva. Oh, how he missed her now.
Once at the docks, the group stopped on the shoreline. "Look men," said the one who liked to speak a lot, "the ship is right over there. Aye, it's a Spanish treasure ship. It's full of cargo." Connor looked and saw it. Israel, standing next to the Assassin, and rubbed his chin as he listened. "Here is what we do. We climb aboard, take all the loot and supplies, and kill whoever threatens our lives. Agreed?" All the men nodded in approval. Israel smirked at this idea. Then they all went to the ship.
They climbed aboard. No one seemed to be on the top deck. But there was cargo. The men took it and passed the cargo from person to person. Connor saw a box carrying weaponry. He took it up and analyzed it. The box had the symbol of the Spanish Trading Company on it. He passed it to the next man. The vandalism reminded him of the Boston Tea Party when he participated in the dumping of tea into the Boston Harbor. That was a time to remember. But the next thing he knew was that all of the cargo was lifted out.
After getting off and away from the ship, the buccaneers kept to their agreement. "Alrighty, then. We made an accord with you two earlier, and wish to now repay you the favor. Your new supplies is what was taken off of the Spanish ship. And more weaponry is available for you too. Take the goods and supplies, please, lads. You also deserve your fair share of money." He handed Israel and Connor a little bag of money, able to be divided into fair amounts for their help. Also they received supplies for their next voyage for Boston. Once they were ready, they went on their way.
