Just because you worry or you're stressed doesn't mean you have anxiety. Just because you don't want to eat or can't sleep doesn't mean you're depressed. People do all these things in grief too but that doesn't mean they are officially depressed. It is called situational depression or anxiety and truthfully they why you're dealing with it and telling me as though I should pity you or to persuade me to forgiveness... It just leads me to believe it less. As someone who actually suffers and copes with, and knows people with anxiety, I know that whether or not it situational or chronic you still believe you have it. Just don't disregard my problems for yours, because no matter how stressful that situation was for you, I give you a 98% chance it was at least a little worse for me.
But you know, lets focus on your issues because I'm tired of pretending mine actually matter..
