"Mom they're announcing the winners!" I called. My mom came in and sat on the couch with me.

"Oh my little flower I know they'll pick you." She smiled squeezing my shoulders.

"Thanks Mother." I smiled. We turned to the screen. The king started reading off names.

"Astrid Hofferson!" The screen showed a blond girl. She was quite pretty but a little rough around the edges. A six. The prince just nodded and kept a straight face.

"Mavis Dracula!" The screen showed a happy somewhat deadly looking girl. A three. The prince kept the same expression.

"Merida Dunbroch!" A red head with a frown was now on screen. A two. The prince's expression wavered slightly but not enough to tell what he was thinking.

"Elsa Arendelle." A beautiful girl came onto the screen. A five, like me. The prince's face showed a huge smile. He seemed to like her very much.

"Rapunzel Corona." My mother and I jumped off the couch screaming. I turned to the screen just in time to see slight curiosity on the prince's face. That is enough for me.

"Mother I'm going to be in the selection!" I exclaimed. I was squealing with excitement.
"I'm going to be rich!" My mother exclaimed. I nodded and hugged her.

"I could be the princess!" She kissed the top of my head.

"I know my flower and I'm so proud of you." With that there was a knock on the door.

"Ms Corona. We are here to prepare for the selection. " He said. He entered my house followed by a few other people. He first man brought me and my mother to the kitchen and closed the doors.

"Hello Ms. Corona.My name is Flynn Rider. I'm a guard at the castle and one of the escorts for the selection. I'm sure you know the rules of the selection." I nodded.

"Hi Flynn. " I smiled.

"So uh you probably already know but any relationships besides the prince are strictly prohibited. You will be dismissed immediately. If you fight with any of the other girls, the prince decides what happens." I nodded again.

"Okay."

"Now this is going to get awkward. I have to ask, are you a virgin?"

"Yes!" Its against the law to not be before marriage. I was completely disgusted by the question. I haven't even had a boyfriend before. Sadly my mother would barely even let me out of the house. I only went out for shows. "Of course." I added.

"Yeah I know it's a wierd question but it's manditory. " He chuckled awkwardly. I nodded and gave him a half smile.

"So what now?" Mother asked.

"Well we give you the check then she changes and we take her to the castle." He explains.

"Ooh the check! Hand it over!" She snapped.

"First you have to sign these forms." He handed her the forms and leaned into me.
"Now I can't believe I have to say this but if the prince asks you to do anything, I advise you to say yes." He whispered. I gulped.

"W-what are you talking about? " I asked making sure to keep my voice low.

"Dates, kisses, more than kisses..." I pulled back and looked in his eyes. He was being serious. Before I could reply my mother was slipping the pages back and was waiting for the check. He checked her signatures and gave her the money.

I went to my room, changed and packed a small bag before going back down to where Flynn was waiting at the door with my mother.

"Goodbye my flower. I'm so proud of you. I love you dear."

"I love you more." I giggled.

"I love you most." With that I left and Flynn escorted me to the airport.
