"Hello your Majesties. " I smiled at the king and queen.

"Hello Rapunzel how can we help you?" The queen smiled at me.

"Well if I'm lucky when the selection is over I will be your daughter in law. So I was thinking I should probably get to know you. You know what I mean? I want to make an effort because you both seem like wonderful people and-"

"Lady Rapunzel if you one day become queen you must control how much you talk." The king said sternly. I bit my lip and stared at my feet.

"What the king means is that many of the people we deal with like us to get straight to the point." The queen said while flashing a glare at her husband.

"I babble when I'm nervous. How do I control my nerves?" I asked the wise royals.

"You get over then in time. Just don't think so much." The queen smiled.

Jack and Merida came back through the door with Elsa. I felt a huge sense of relief.

"Thank you for your help. " I smiled and skipped over to my friends. "Is she okay?" I asked looking at Elsa laying limp in Prince Jacks arms.

"She was drugged. I'm not sure how long it will be until she wakes up." Jack gently laid her down on the floor before taking off his jacket and putting it under her head.

"Jack I forgot to ask. Why are you fully clothed at this hour?" Merida asked.

"I was working late and I fell asleep in my clothes." He explained.

"Makes sense."

Elsa looked so peaceful in her drug induced sleep. Prince Jack on the other hand looked tense and worried. I pulled him away from Elsa and Merida.

"Are you okay?" I asked him. He looked back at Elsa and shook his head.

"I feel like I put her in danger. By having this competition I've put you all in danger." He sighed.

"You didn't force any of us to do this. We all signed up. We knew what kinda of risks there would be." In truth I didn't know before but I wanted him to feel better.

"Thanks Rapunzel."

"Punz. Or Punzie. If you want..." He laughed a bit as I stared at the ground.

"Thanks Punz. And you can call me Jack." He opened his arms and I hugged him. He smelled like a prince. We walked back over to Elsa and waited for her to wake up.
