"She said she wasn't leaving." Said Riley, standing up at the end of class on Monday.
"Are we ever going to actually learn about Belgium, 1831?" Said Farkle, dramatically.
"Mayas gone."
"What?" He said, standing up.
"She said she wasn't leaving."
"New York." Said Mr. Matthews. "I knew there was a reason she said it that way. She said she's not leaving New York."
"So she's in New York."
"She's at school." Said Lucas.
"Well than why did she skip class?"
"She didn't. She's not at this school."
"What! Where is she?" The bell rang but the four didn't leave.
"I don't remember the name."
"She didn't tell me."
"She didn't want to tell anyone. I wasn't supposed to know that. None of us were."
"I'll ask her tonight."
"She wont be there. It's boarding school."
Riley plopped back in her seat.
"My best friend. She didn't even say goodbye. She didn't even say goodbye! Wow."
"I think it was just to hard." Said Farkle. "Come on. Let's get Lunch."
