Joors- hours
Sunstreaker's P.O.V.
I felt Sideswipe's empathy for the femme and I growl slightly. What she's going through right now is nothing compared too me and my twin. She's got a the I'm-a-victim-in-everything personality.
I was on my way to the smelting pit to collect my supply of speeders. I had a feeling it was going to be a good day. Most Bots have been to afraid to buy because of all the Enforcers down here, but they recently pulled out for some more pressing matters concerning the Officials.
I felt the heat of the pit on my faceplate and I squint my optics as I get closer. When I get to the hiding spot, I let out a raging scream.
Somebot had stolen my stash! All the speeders were gone. And I had an almost full supply. I had to get them back.
I went on my search, asking around, greasing a few servos for useless information. I had no hope of getting them back and I couldn't just ask Tracks for another supply. I was fragged.
I begin the trek back to our spot in a foul mood and with my servos clentched in rage. If I ever found the slagger, I'd kill 'em.
It had been a few days since the speeders were stolen and I was anticipating a visit from Tracks. I 'm sure he was suspicious of me. I hadn't transferred any credits into his account with can only mean two things; I'm stealing his credits or I'm not selling anything. If I were him, I would believe the first. Speeders happened to be high demand at this particular moment and there is no way I couldn't be selling them.
As I predicted, Tracks showed himself, along with three other mechs. Kup saw my tense frame and questioned me about what they were doing here.
"They are here to either beat the slag out of me or kill me. Probably the latter." I added on, a little more quietly.
"Damn it Sunstreaker! The Pit did you do?!" He bellows. I see the smirk on Tracks face as he advances.
"Who the frag are you?" Kup asks aggressively from his place on the ground. Tracks ordered something to one of the mechs. I see his helm nod and he struts forward, reeling his arms back, and before I can stop him, he punches Kup right in the face.
"Afthole!" I rush forward and I kick the mech off Kup.
"ENOUGH!" Tracks voice rose above all others. Our quarrel came to a standstill and we turn our attention to Tracks
"I will not tolerate rudeness. And I am very disappointed in you Sunstreaker." Track's optics met mine.
"I know what you're thinking. I didn't steal from you." I say firmly.
"Am I supposed to just take your word for it?" He responds, sarcasm lacing his voice.
"They were stolen from me." I said. He hummed in understanding.
"Alright, I'm going to give you a choice. Either you find my speeders and be back here in two joors, or I kill your friend." He transforms his arm into a cannon and trains the end on Kup's helm.
"You a-" I start.
"Ah, ah! I will not tolerate rudeness." He drawls. I huff and I look at Kup.
"Hang tight. I'll be back." I promise.
"You better. I sure as Pit don't wanna die for some speeders." He growls. I nod and I sprint off into the slums and I ask frantically for any idea where they could be.
I asked the Bots I dealt to, other dealers, everybot! I still came up with nothing. How could Tracks expect me to find them all in two joors? Kup is going to die and it all my fault.
I had taken him for granite. He was the closest thing to a sire that Sideswipe and I have ever had and we were going to lose him. I felt tears prickling at my optics, but I squeeze my optics shut angrily.
Don't cry!
I then take a different approach. I race to gather as many Bots as I can. I told most of them that Kup was about to be killed and they jumped at the chance for a fight. Others I had to bribe. They were all either my allies or opponents in the pits.
Kup was a very well known Bot there and a close friend to almost everyone.
We all transform and go off in a formation, me leading them. We pull up at our spot and I see Tracks's surprised look.
"Well, well... What have you brought me here?" He purred.
"Let Kup go, or you and your buddies die." I growl. The lackeys look between each other nervously. Tracks just chuckled.
"Fine. You got me. We'll go. But remember this isn't the end of this and I'll get my payment somehow." Tracks smiles. I snarl at him and he orders his guys to move out.
Once they were gone, my small army went home and I paid a few of them. Then, I turned to Kup who had the most disappointed look I'd ever seen on his face. It made my spark lurch.
"Sunstreaker, you slag headed scrapplet! You almost got me killed!" Kup hit me over the head and I wince, rubbing my audio receptor.
"What the pit were you thinkin'?" Kup growled.
"I did it for you and Sides! You were dying; he was starving. That's was the quickest way I could get energon." I explain.
"But dealin' speeders to our neighbors? I raised you smarter that that." Kup said disappointed.
"What was I supposed to do? Enforcers are all over the fighting rings an-"
"Now they're all over the speeder industry! Looks like you're out of work." He said mockingly. I growl at him, but decide to drop the subject, storming off.
