Smokescreen's P.O.V.

I had gathered several volunteers to go into the second level of Kaon. Bee and I had combine our teams and we had a sizable number for force, but low enough to maintain stealth. We all sped to one of the known entrances and the closest to where Thunderhoof had informed us Tracks would be. Not only do we need to arrest him, but we need more information concerning Thunderhoof's "empire".

We slunk into the darkness of the lower level and we turned on our scanners, on the look out for Cons. My youngest cadet was staying close to me, his optics flicked every which way nervously and I question my decision in bringing an inexperienced mech down here. It was too late now.

Our scanners picked up Decepticon activity ahead of us and Bee and I brief our teams on our course of action before moving in.

Sunstreaker's P.O.V.

I make a grab for Legacy as she tries to scramble away and I catch her foot, dragging her back over to me and my brother. She was giggling widely and put up a fight, but not one that could detter me.

"Legacy, you know better than to fight back." I drawl.

"Cause then you'll get an even greater punishment..." Sides purred, leaning over her. He leaning in like he was going to kiss her, but he dipped his head down biting her neck playfully. I chuckle as she squealed, pushing Sides away.

Then, I moved in, teasing her with pecks everywhere but her mouth, causing her to grumble in frustration. She moved to grab my helm, but Sides grabbed her servos so she was immobile. She glared at the both of us, even though she was loving her torture.

I hear the door hiss open and I pull away from Legacy as fast as lightning, looking over the couch from the floor, to see her Sire. He had a hard glare on his faceplate, directed at me and my brother.

"What the pit are you doing?! Get away from her." He growls, stomping toward us.

Legacy stopped her Dad by talking in the human language. He yelled back at her then he turned to me.

"Well, it's convenient that you're here, because I've come to take you in. You'll be processed then taken to Kaon prison." He said, looking at me.

"On what charges?" I ask back.

"For dealing speeders and fighting in the pits." He said, pulling out some stasis cuff. My spark sank, then flared with anger. He knew that we were close with his creation. Why would he do this to her? But who would want someone like me hanging around their creation?

She was rambling in her language and I shared a knowing look with Sideswipe. He knew that her sire couldn't be swayed. I inched my way to the door as they argued, but then, her sire's optics snapped up to me and I bolted.

I ran out the door and I jump off the second floor balcony, knowing that her sire would catch up to me. I landed hard on the ground, rolling to ease the fall and then I transformed, taking off into the distance.

::You know where I'll be.:: I tell Sides.

Smokescreen's P.O.V.

I had Tracks. He was sitting in the interogation room and it was time that we got answers. Bee and I look at each other before heading in. Tracks looked up at us with unreadable optics and I went to go stand beside him, while Bee took the chair. He tried to hide his limp, but he told me that after the mission today it had been acting up.

"So Tracks," Bee starts, reading his file on a datapad. "Says here that you fought for the Autobots during the Great War. Why'd you switch sides?" Bee inquired.

"It's non of your business." He hissed.

"It is our buisness when you help turn our cities into drug infested slag holes. So, we're going to need some answers. Who'd you hire for yours and your boss's operation?" I ask.

"Why should I tell you? If I talk, you have to let me go free with no charges." He says. Bee and I look at each other.

"Sure. Now-" Bee started.

"No. I need it in writing. Something official." He said. This one was smart. Usually we ignore them and bag 'em anyway. It's what we did with Clampdown. I brought my servo up to comm system and called my youngest cadet.

"Bring me the "No charge" release documents for Tracks." I order. There was actually no such thing, but this was code to bring us something that looked official.

I see Tracks's optics brighten and we wait for the document. It took about a minute before my cadet brought us in the datapad. I looked it over before I hand it to Tracks. He put his signature on the bottom and handed it back to me before he started telling us the list. Then, hearing one name, I froze. Sunstreaker. The same one that was in Iacon. The one who hurt Legacy. The one who fought for his brother. The one my daughter cared about.

But hearing his record, I couldn't let them stay friends. He fought in the pits and dealt speeders. I wouldn't have him around Little Spark.

I watched from the balcony as he transformed driving away. Legacy had tried to reason with me, but there came a point when I needed to put my pede down. And she wouldn't be seeing him again.

"Sideswipe! Where's he going?" I ask.

"Dunno." He answered with a glare. I stalk toward him and I look him dead in the optic.

"You don't know? You're a lying sack of slag a-"

"Dad!" Legacy shrieked. "Leave him alone." She said.

"Legacy, do you understand that his brother is a criminal that needs to be kept off the streets?" I ask.

"He's not. You know, they're the only ones that keep me company while you're gone. They're my only friends." She said.

"You looked like more than friends to me." I huff, turning away from her, remembering when I walked in and those two were leaning over my daughter, I could hear her giggles from behind the door and it made me wonder how many times they had come over without my knowledge.

"We are more than friends." She sighed. I look at her again. "I'm not a little girl anymore. I'm almost sixteen and I needed someone other than you. In this case someones, but they make me happy." She said sadly. I feel rage building in my spark, not at Legacy, but at the twins.

"Get out." I tell Sideswipe, who was watching the scene unfold. "Now!" I yell. He jumped up and gave Legacy a wave before leaving. Then I put my servo to my comm unit.

"Smokescreen to base. I had contact with Sunstreaker, but he managed to get away. Send out someone to follow his brother, Sideswipe, to see if he'll lead us to Sunstreaker." I order.
