"Honey are you almost ready?" Nina called out. "Yeah, let me grab my coat," Zach said opening the closet door. "Come out when you're ready," Nina said to him turning to go out the garage door. "Okay mom, give me a second," Zach said searching for his coat. Zach slipped his coat off the hanger quickly. Shoving his arms through the arm holes, he excitedly ran out of the house. He got in the back seat of his parents' car and buckled his seat belt. "Today's a big day huh?" Stanley asked from the drivers seat. "It sure is," Zach replied, "I can't believe the doctors finally cleared them for questioning,". "Well they wanted to make sure they could handle talking about the incident," Stanley said beginning to pull down the driveway. Nina sighed, "Those poor girls have been through so much, I just hope this is safe for their health,". "Mom, I think the doctors know what they're doing," Zach said looking out the window. "I know, I'm just..." Nina began. "Honey, it'll be okay," Stanley said putting a reassuring hand on her knee. Nina mumbled a few words to herself and turned her attention to the window.
Stanley pulled the car into the parking lot. "Dad, why don't you park right there?" Zach asked pointing to a spot close to the door. Stanley shook his head, "too close,". Nina chuckled. Stanley pulled the car into the back of the parking lot. He shut the engine off and unlocked the doors. The family got out of the car and walked towards the hospital doors. "Son, I don't want you to get your hopes up, the girls may not remember anything," Stanley said to his son. "I know, but I really hope they remember where Thomas locked them up," Zach said. "We'll see," Nina said opening the door to the hospital. Stanley checked the family in at the front desk. They made their way to the room, noticing several officers sitting in the waiting room. Zach got excited as they went into the hospital room.
*Sorry I haven't updated in like a week, it's just that school has me super occupied and it's getting harder and harder to write. So this chapters a little short, but it got my point across.
