September 19, 19—
In the land of purple and blue
Perfection lies, we know it's true.
Where melancholy fades,
Or at least it should.
Where spades are called spades,
Just like we knew they would.
We're all the same
But completely different.
There's no one to blame
For us being consistent.
The tears and blood and scars and pain
Somehow magically fades away.
Let's hope it's not all in vain
Or we shall proclaim
A revolution.
A constitution
Of our rights.
We will finish the fights
That protect our home.
This is something you should've known.
Purple, blue, and red in all.
Please don't be afraid to fall.
You belong and you are strong
Even if it's been too long.
Your veins are crushing
But it's okay
Your face is blushing
From the winds array.
In the land of purple and blue
Perfection lies, we know it's true.
You think you belong, and I believe you.
Ultraviolets and violets in harmony.
