I couldn't get her out of my mind. She had taken up all my thoughts, quite literally and no matter how much I tried to focus on the matter at hand I couldn't just get the sight of her beautiful body out of my mind. I couldn't even believe she had been in my car, my car! Man, I really had it bad for her...

"Pass the ball, James!" Looking at my surroundings I took in the lush green grass of the soccer field, turning my attention to passing the ball straight to Tyson, one of my best mates on the team. Much like me, he seemed a little intimidating but when you got to know him past his six-two build of lean muscle, and angry glares you could see he was just a big teddy bear. The man couldn't even squish ants under his feet without feeling sympathy.

Looking over once more I watched as his brown hair blew in the wind, his eyes landing on me before I nodded my head, signaling for him to go far. He and I being on the skin team in practice we were both sweaty and watching as he bolted across the field, me close behind him I smiled as we both showed little signs of fatigue. When Ty was close enough to the goal I passed it to him, watching knowingly as he perfectly kicked it into the goal, dodging the goalies wandering hands.

Shouts could be heard around the field as we high-fived in victory, walking towards the benches as coach blew his whistle to signal the end of practice. All of our team mates huddled together, waiting for the co-captain, Ty, and the captain me, to finish off with the regular chant and advice, and information we always had at the end of practice.

Not wanting to look stupid I nodded towards Ty and watching as his questionable gaze turned towards the team, usually, I was the one to speak first, but wanting to gather my thoughts, and not say anything about a certain queen, I instead let him go.

"OK guys, we've already gotten this far and with all the hard effort and results we are showing and improving on we should be able to easily win the scrimmage game. It's next week, Friday right after school so continue to work hard in practice for the next week and you better not laze around because this game doesn't "count for nothing" it does, the scrimmages count for everything." Glaring hardly at everyone he made sure to make contact with every single person's eyes before backing off and flashing a goofy grin before nodding at me for my turn to speak.

Though he wouldn't harm anyone Ty was one with a very competitive winning strike and it was times like this that it showed through, though how he always smiled afterward like he hadn't just inadvertently threatened everyone was a little creepy. Shaking my head at him, I watched as his smile grew before I rolled my eyes and spoke up

"Tyson is right guys, this scrimmage is only the beginning and if we win this we can finally show the West what we're made of, we can show them this year we will have another victory! Losing this will show that we are weak and everyone will be thinking that Eastwond can be easily beaten but we can't can we?!" By now all the other guys had begun to chant and wanting to end this practice as soon as possible I began our normal chant. "WHO ARE WE?!"
