👠Brittany's POV👠

I quickly hopped out the back of the black Rolls Royce that was Diana's car used exclusively for shopping. As soon as the door was closed she rolled down the window, sending me one last scowl and glare before Jimmy, her driver, pulled away to go park somewhere while she waited on me to complete the job. But oh, how she didn't know this was the last time I'd be doing her bidding.

I quickly walked into the mall, looking around the foyer for James and Sarah who were supposed to meeting up with Mia and Tyson for New Years, only I didn't see her. Or them for that matter, the only people standing there was Mia and Tyson, looking lost as they looked around. I slowly walked so I was closer to them, praying they didn't spot me while I listened to their conversation.

"Why aren't they here? We agreed to meet up, right?" Mia looked stressed, worry crossing her features while she continually ran a hand through her hair.

"Yeah, that's what we agreed on." Ty gently placed his hand on Mia's shoulder, I guess to calm her down somewhat.

"Do you think anything happened to them? Are they okay? Did they get in an accident along the way? Oh God, what if they were hit as they walking to meet us in the parking lot?!" Mia began to completely freak out, pacing in circles while Ty looked on bemused.

"Mia, calm down! I'm sure nothing bad happened to them, let's just give them a call before we freak out, alright? There's no use getting all worked up over nothing." His words worked to immediately calm his girlfriend, who clung to his arm as he made the call.

Together they were on the phone a while, before Ty hung up, sighing as he looked down at Mia. "Well, looks like we're not meeting up with them today. Want to go somewhere else? Go on that date we never got to do last week?" Mia only pouted slightly before she nodded, and then together they walked off further into the mall.

Afterwards, I took the moment to smile in victory before going into a random store where I opened Diana's phone, deleting the one thing that had been keeping me prisoner for the past year, and then walking back out. To say I was finally content with my life would be an understatement, I was practically walking on fücking rainbows.

After that, I was pretty quick to leave the mall. I practically ran back to Diana's car where she was sitting patiently in the back, looking like the stuck-up brat she was while drinking her mocha-latte. Once I made it to the window I lightly tapped on it before opening the door and climbing in the back. Diana was practically buzzing with excitement as she stared at me.

"Wow, that was quick. I should've given you this job sooner if I'd knew it would only take you ten minutes."

"Sure." Giving her a blank look I watched as she pasted one of the fakest smiles on her face, ignoring my uninterested attitude.

"So, did you get it?" I sat up straight against the black leather seats before crossing my legs in the spacious vehicle. Turning to her I gave her a smirk, one filled with all the satisfaction I was going to feel once this was complete.

"Oh, don't worry I got something even better." Smiling at her as she literally jolted in her seat, I waited until she held her hand out before placing the device in her awaiting hand. As soon as it was in her grasp, she snatched it from me, quickly turning it on before trying to look for the video. It took her a whole five minutes of looking desperately through the phone before she glanced at me annoyed.
