Please excuse any and all grammatical errors/typos/confusing sentences. I wrote most of this on my phone over the course of a lot of weeks at school. >.< I can't wait for finals to be over, I'll finally have some free time! ⚠⚠⚠*Sighs* I guess I have to say this guys so there isn't any surprises, yes there is a little mature content in this chapter, read at your own risk.

James' POV

Together Sarah and I had decided that she should stay at my house until the dinner with Jason came. The hard part though was actually driving to her house to get her parents to approve. Who am I kidding, the hard part was getting Sam to approve. Alison and Mr. Robert were pretty cool about the whole thing, but even though Sam and I did get along together he still disapproved of his little sister spending nights over at my house.

Trust me, I understood why, Sarah was a very attractive woman and sometimes temptation was too much to handle and we did get a little touchy. But, I knew she wasn't ready for anything after that yet so I left it at that most of the time.

Now I was sitting in her living room, waiting for her to come back down the stairs while talking to her parents. Right now Alison was explaining what they usually did for Christmas while Mr. Robert sat beside her, his arm wrapped across her shoulders while he occasionally nodded his head agreeing to something she said.

"James I have to admit this is the first Christmas we've spent away from Sarah, I'm a little wary of it. But I know it's so she'll get to meet your family so..." I tensed a little at the word 'family' hoping it didn't show as I nodded my head in understanding at Alison.

"Oh don't worry, it'll just be for dinner so I was thinking we could come over here and spend the day with you all before we leave to go to my...um family dinner." I spit the last of the sentence out, almost as if it had burned me. Although Alison seemed a little shocked she let it go, pretending as if she hadn't seen anything wrong with what I said, which I was thankful for.

"Okay, this changes the whole game plan. So we're still going to be together for lunch. Oh my, Robert!" Mr. Robert seemed shocked, staring with wide eyes down at his wife who was practically bouncing in his lap with excitement. In response to her he lifted one of his eyebrows a little, and somehow Alison knew this was a hint at her to keep going.

Honestly I had a little trouble identifying when Mr. Robert wanted me to speak back to him, most of the time we awkwardly sat there because I'd always be waiting for a verbal response I wasn't going to get. He was a very quiet man, but at least his wife understood him.
