"Feo, what's wrong? You haven't given me anything in almost two months. What's going on?" Mrs. Rivers asked sitting across from me.

I shrugged and continued to stare blankly at the canvas in front of me. "I guess I lost my inspiration."

"There's something more than that. Do you want to talk in my office?"

I nodded and followed her. If there was anyone I could vent to it was her. Once I was in her office I closed the door and shut the blinds.

"Is this about that boy that stopped coming around?" She asked from the get go.

I nodded. "He's going through-a really rough spot right now, and he won't let anyone help him. He's convinced that he has to do this all on his own, and he dumped me because of what's happening. I can tell that it's tearing him up, but he's stubborn and won't let anyone help him."

"What kind of trouble is he in? I heard that there was a shooting at his house. He's not in with the mob or loan sharks is he?"

"No! It's just..." I paused. I wasn't sure if I should tell Gunnar's business or just forget this conversation even happened. I trust Mrs. Rivers, so I decided to tell her. "Adam is trying to kill him. No one knows why, but Gunnar thinks that Adam won't stop until he's finished the job."

"Adam? The principal's son?"

I nodded.

"Well that kid is messed up in the head. I had him in my freshmen art class a few years back, and what he drew and painted was disturbing. I mean he would always paint these gory images. He even had a personal sketchbook that was even worse. A girl tied and chained to these torture devices, and it was always the same girl. A girl that goes here as a matter of fact, I saw her just the other day. That tall blonde girl that looks like she's always on her period."

"Moxxi?"

"I guess that's her name. I talked to his mother about it, but she refused to believe me."

"So Adam is a real psychopath? Why isn't he in an institution?"

"I can't do anything if his principal/mother won't do anything."

"You wouldn't happen to have anything of his, would you?"

"No everything I had of his 'mysteriously vanished'."

"But you do think he would try to kill someone for taking Moxxi away from him?"

"Possibly he seemed obsessed with the girl."

I stood up and left her office going straight to Mr. Leto's class. Now I'm glad that I took psychology, and actually paid attention to the teacher when she was going over the personality disorders. I now knew what Adam was, and it was best for Gunnar to stay away from him at all costs.

I barged I to the classroom without thinking, and all eyes turned to me. Jared was actually teaching. "Can I borrow Gunnar for a moment? It'll be really quick," I said to the teacher.

He pointed to Gunnar with a pencil and then at the door. Gunnar reluctantly got up and followed me out into the hallway.

"You undyed your hair," he said pulling a stray lock from my face. "Why?"

"Gunnar I didn't come to talk about my hair. I need to talk about this whole Adam situation."

"Feo-"

"No, you listen to me. You're right Adam probably is trying to kill you, but being alone is not a good idea. He's he's a borderline narcissist."

"What does that have to do with anything?"

"He has borderline personality disorder and a narcissist. That means he's he grows attached to someone and fears them abandoning him at the same time he has an overpowering feeling of self importance that's so strong he would sooner murder someone to get his way. He's been with Moxxi for years. She broke up with him officially when she found out you were in the hospital. You stole the one person he came close to loving. Gunnar, it's not safe for you to be alone."

"If he really is what you say then he wants to get to me, and will do anything by any means necessary to accomplish that. I'm risking anyone I love getting hurt, including you."

"Gunnar please. Together we can come up with a plan to get him caught."

"He's in London, Feo."

"You don't know what's happening, do you?"

"What are you talking about?"

"There's been a string of murders where the bodies were beaten and tortured everywhere except for their faces then stabbed a crazy amount of times. All the victims are men that look like you. I don't think he's still in London."
