I finally received a call from Agent Hotchner and hurried to the cabin. There was an open clearing with a Honda Civic parked there. If I wasn't mistaken that was Adam's car, but there was no house.

Just then Agent Prentiss walked out from the brush and flagged me over. I got out of the car and ran to her. She had a small microchip in her hands and peeled wax paper off if it revealing an adhesive side and placed the chip behind my ear close to my hairline.

"This will help us talk to you. You need to follow our intrusions carefully, and hopefully we can catch the killer and keep you and your mother safe." I nodded. "Follow that path, it'll lead you to the house." She pointed to a small walkway that was just barely visible.

I started down the path and was able to see the cabin. It looked rundown and abandoned. I looked around trying to find the other agents, but wasn't successful.

"We're here Gunnar. We just need you not to draw attention to the fact that we're here," Dr. Reid's voice said from the chip.

I kept making my way to the cabin, and I hesitated to open the door. This was it. The moment of truth. I opened the door and saw Adam with a gun pointed at my mother.

Her clothes were ripped, her body was beaten and bruised, but that wasn't what really enraged me. There was blood and semen on the chair just between her legs.

"I would have waited for you to get here but it took too long," he said noticing my glare. "Call off your friends Gunnar. I'm not an idiot. I know your FBI buddies are here."

"You told me to come alone, so I did!"

"Oh please! Stop the bullshit!" He cocked the pistol placed his finger on the trigger. "I'll kill her right now. Don't think I won't."

"Why don't you just kill me and get it over with!"

"Because I want you to suffer first! Now call off your friends!"

I gritted my teeth as I told them to leave. Adam grabbed my mother forcing her in front of him and walked over to the only window in the room looking around.

"Your sniper buddy is still here."

"We can't-"

"Draw back." I cut Reid off. I heard him tell Morgan to move, and finally Adam drew away from the window.

"Now, I think your mother's punishment should be much worse than what I had planned. You disobeyed my wishes and now she gets to suffer."

I stepped toward him angrily.

"Don't. Move. As a matter of fact, get in the cage."

I didn't even realize there was a cage in the far corner of the room. I opened my mouth to protest, but he forced the gun closer to my mother's head. I obeyed him. My mother watched helpless and in horror.

"Shut the door," he commanded. I did so.

"Keep him busy," Reid said.

"You're a sick bastard!" I shouted.

"That's all I hear anymore. I really don't give a damn." He looked at my mother and grabbed her face between his hands. Her eyes widened in fear as the gun moved down between her thighs.

"I'm going to kill you when I get out of here," I threatened.

"You're not leaving the cage. You're going to sit there and watch."

"Gunnar we need him in front of the window," Reid spoke urgently.

We didn't need him in front of the window. I just needed him away from my mother. "Hey jackass! Did I ever tell you how much I enjoyed screwing Moxxi's brains out behind your back?"

That did something because he froze and tensed slowly turning to look at me with rage.

"The bitch begged for it."

He pointed the gun at me.

"Gunnar, what are you doing!" Hotchner's voice sounded furious, but I kept going

"You know I would actually jump at the opportunity to bone her again."

"Shut the fuck up! You don't have the right to talk about her!"

"I heard she went missing. Damn shame. She would rather run away than be with you."

"Gunnar get him to the window!" I couldn't take the screaming in my head anymore, so I scratched the chip off.

"She didn't runaway-"

"You kidnapped her! Right! Because that will definitely make her love you."

He moved away from my mother and toward me. His anger was getting the best of him. "I'm going to enjoy this."

Could I really do this? I've never killed a person before. But then again this wasn't a person. This was a monster by every definition. "Yeah so am I." I responded.

Adam slammed me against the cage his hand had a tight grip on my throat and gun pointed at my head, but I quickly broke out of it and punched him causing him to drop his weapon. He stumbled back and came at me again swinging. I easily dodged and attacked using what skills I learned from Antonio.

Finally when he realize that he wasn't going to get close enough to throw a successful punch he dived for his gun. I tackled him to keep him from getting it. We wrestled each other for it, but it kept ending up just out of reach.

Somehow my arm got twisted behind my back with Adam on top of me. He had a knife and went for my face, but I used my other arm to block it. It went straight through my forearm and he continued to put pressure on it forcing it down.

Suddenly he was being snatched off. I grabbed the gun at my back and aimed at him just as he picked up the gun and aimed it at Morgan who now had a knife twisted in his side.

I fired. The first bullet hit him in the should drawing his attention to me. I fired again this time hitting him square in the head. His body fell, but that didn't stop me from aiming the gun at him. Morgan placed his hand on mine taking the gun from me.

"Gunnar it's over. It's over. You're mom is safe outside. It's done."
