A/N) Based around the prompt from DailyAU on Tumblr: 'A romantic walk on the beach is ruined when you and only you are attacked by crabs. I do nothing but laugh as you run away from the cast of crabs chasing you AU'

All4Fun: ... Are you finished now?

I'mOnIt: HAHAHAHA

I'mOnIt: ...

I'mOnIt: Okay, I'm good

All4Fun: glad to see you find this so amusing

I'mOnIt: are you kidding? that was HILARIOUS XD

All4Fun: despite the fact that one moment we're walking peacefully along the beach watching the tides go in and out, and the next minute I'M BEING ATTACKED AND CHASED BY THOUSANDS OF ANGRY CRABS

I'mOnIt: twenty two angry crabs

I'mOnIt: hardly thousands, Kwaz

All4Fun: and not you, either. Just me. Me, and only me. Not you.

I'mOnIt: just you, yeah

I'mOnIt: I think one of them winked at me as you did your second lap of the island

All4Fun: why just me?

All4Fun: way to ruin the moment, crabs :/

I'mOnIt: ... that bit on the beach was a moment?

I'mOnIt: like... a moment moment?

All4Fun: ...

I'mOnIt: oh

I'mOnIt: if I had known that moment was a moment I wouldn't have laughed - quite as much

All4Fun: yes you would :/

I'mOnIt: okay, maybe I would, but maybe I would have intervened

All4Fun: really?

I'mOnIt; yeah!

I'mOnIt: at least, after I had finished all the laughing

All4Fun: hmph

I'mOnIt: I did think you were quieter than normal

All4Fun: until I was up and yelling as crabs nipped at my tail

I'mOnIt: that kinda ruined the peace, yeah

I'mOnIt: I don't think the crabs want to share their beach with us

I'mOnIt: crabs can be very territorial

All4Fun: now you tell me

All4Fun: luckily I managed to lose them

All4Fun: now I'm stuck hiding behind this big rock, just waiting for them to forget about chasing me

All4Fun: where are you, anyway?

All4Fun: I thought you said you'd have my back, Tweak

I'mOnIt: I would have your back in an actual emergency, but a crab chase hardly really counts as an emergency, so...

All4Fun: speak for yourself

I'mOnIt; I'm chilling here on the beach

I'mOnIt: the sea keeps tickling my toes, and I think there's something moving in one of my shoes, but I'm too comfortable to move

All4Fun: But - but - why aren't the crabs chasing you away from their beach?

I'mOnIt: they just know i'm too special to chase

I'mOnIt: i'm just fabulous, you see, kwazii

All4Fun: I'm way more fabulous than you and yet I still got chased FOUR TIMES around this really rather big island

I'mOnIt: I thought you said you liked racing

All4Fun: there's a slight difference between a race and a chase, Tweak

All4Fun: the key difference is that I can't really win

All4Fun: and the opposition is behind you - but not in the good, 'I'm winning the race' sort of way

All4Fun: and now the moment's gone and it's all their fault

I'mOnIt: I have a feeling that moment meant a lot to you ;/

All4Fun: what? no

I'mOnIt: ...

All4Fun: ...

I'mOnIt: ...

I'mOnIt: is this another moment?

All4Fun: I'll let you know when I find you again

I'mOnIt: hey, by the way, are you hiding behind the big boulder just off the beach, surrounded by palm and coconut trees?

All4Fun: Yes

All4Fun: Why? Can you see my hiding place? Can you come and rescue me?

I'mOnIt: oh, no reason

I'mOnIt: but I can see the crabs again

All4Fun: are they finally coming to chase YOU off the beach, having realised that they made a mistake in who was the most fabulous one in this partnership?

I'mOnIt: no

I'mOnIt: they're actually heading towards your boulder

I'mOnIt: and if I can see your bright orange tail from here, i'm fairly sure they can too

All4Fun: uh oh

I'mOnIt: oh, and just as a slight warning - there's actually a couple of crabs up in the tree just above your amazing hiding place

I'mOnIt: and i'm fairly sure they've found you

All4Fun: AAAAAGGHHHH!!!!

All4Fun: they've found me!!!

All4Fun: RUUUUUNN!

This is all I have time for, even though it's the last week of school before the beautiful summer holidays and I really should be on the wind down for the end of term. Instead I have exams to revise for and really shouldn't be writing right now. But hey ho. Hope you enjoyed this very silly chapter XD I love Tweak.
