*Five Days Into Capture*
Then there was nothing but silence. The lights of the room suddenly turned on and then I saw my surroundings. I was actually in a empty warehouse.
Then someone opened the door of the warehouse, letting in the state of the day: it was evening and now raining, and walked in.

"Ah, finally I can be in here to see you face to face, Vera. I've been waiting awhile to meet you face to face. It's so nice to meet you."
I blinked. I couldn't believe who was right in front of me. I could almost wish this was a dream but I couldn't. I can hardly believe who she is.
Yes, that's right, she.
The primary antagonist to the drama in my life right now. A she. A woman.
Right now I see her lean over the desk I'm placed at. Her long dark hair over her shoulders. Her face. Her attractive features: the red painted lips, her pale kin tone, her blue eyes. The designer clothes.
"Who are you?" I asked her.
"I'm Helene Grace Lovell, your next Congress Senator; the one who will most definitely rock your world," She said, smiling wickedly. "The woman with the best campaign for Seattle, my dear: E.Y.E."
"You have me here, what besides me joining your organization, what do you want?" I asked, in spite of myself.
Helene just kept smiling. She didn't say anything. She walked around the desk to my chair.
"My dear," She purred, while placing her fingers under my chin, forcing me to look at her in the eyes.
"I would tell you but I don't want to ruin the surprise..." She continued.
And with those words, she put her hand back at her side and left the warehouse, closing the door behind her. Never looking back once. She was a woman on a mission.
And honestly, if she were a man, I wouldn't be as scared as I am of her female counterpart.

"Zara?" Helene said into her phone as she closed the warehouse door behind her, safely guarded by a man holding her black umbrella.
"Yes, ma'am?" The female said on the other line.
"I spoke with our little friend... She seems ready to listen to our deal, given if I tell her the plan." Helene said.
"Ma'am, will you?" Zara asked.
"No, not yet. I have a few tricks up my sleeve to try first..." Helene said, smiling.

"So what you're going to do is call her and ask her for a date, man." Vance told Adam.
Adam sighed in annoyance.
He knew it was coming but damn did it have to be so obvious?
The plan was for Adam to come off as this creepy stalker kid who was bothering Theresa and Vance's job was to save her.
He would have preferred something more complicated in the sense of the plan of getting Vera back.
"I don't know about this..." Adam said to Vance.
They were right across from each other in a crowded pub. Vance with a bottle of beer and Adam with a bottle of water.
"It has to work, it has to." Vance said.
"It won't," Adam said. "If I was this "Lovell", I would smell this plan by a mile."
"So would I," a female said behind the pair. Adam turned more quickly than Vance and glared at the woman. She had short brunette hair in a ponytail and wore thick glasses.
"Who are you?" Adam asked calmly.
"I'm Zara Wood, nice to meet ya boys, I believe you're looking for Vera, eh?" The woman smiled.
"What do you want?" Vance inquired warily.
"Oh, nothing, Adam, Vance. I...only want you two to follow me." Zara said.
Adam was silent.
"For what price?" Vance demanded.
"Price?" Zara became confused, cocking her head slightly.
"There's always a price..." Adam mentioned. "Good or bad, always a price, a trade for a trade."
"Hmm..." Vance agreed.
Zara looked at Adam, noting the way he was quiet, as if he were figuring out something. She looked at Vance, noticing the way his body fidgeted, as if waiting to be ready for action.
What could Helene want with these two, she'll never know.
"I guess," She said, being careful with her words. "You gentleman want to know the price for you to follow me, correct?"
Adam nodded.
Vance as well.
"Today, boys, the price is nothing. Follow me, please..." Zara said, already walking away from the men.
Vance and Adam stared at each other for a moment and looked at Zara as she was walking towards the front entrance of the pub and followed after her.
________________________________________________________________________Guys, today is gonna be different. I want to bring up how much you voting and reading my own take on the 4400 story makes me happy. It means a lot to me.
Even with my other stories. When I first decided to write on Wattpad in 2014-2015, I was unsure of how my writing would be if I was just starting to show my work, ideas, and stories.
But seeing how much of you react really well to the first book of The Radiation Trilogy, my mystery/supernatural story Kanashii, and One Of The 4400 is endearing.
I hope all of you achieve the same happiness I do when I write for myself on here. I feel better when I do this, knowing out there is someone who is waiting on a story/stories like mine to be written.
Ah jeez, I don't wanna cry but I feel the feels, ya know? *covers face* Everyone of you deserve a medal or something for sticking with me when I first signed up for Wattpad in 2014-2015.
But I don't have one for any of you. So a big old internet medal will work. *brings out the most shiniest medals for all of you* So for me, wear it proud.
Man, just thanks for the votes and views on all of my stories.
Speaking of stories...
The next chapter will be written soon...and... Heads up: I have a epilogue written and it will have a ship. A otp. So keep on hoping if it is Vadam/Avera or Vance/Vera.
