chapter 7

Phil's pov

The food in this restaurant was Luscious. Dan was adamant that he was paying for it all but if it was over £100 then I was going to put some money towards it as I will feel bad for making Dan pay for it all.

After the bill was payed Dan looked really upset.

"Dan what's wrong" i asked him.

He didn't reply to me. Is he hiding something from me again.

"Dan answer" i murmured

"Dan?"

I could tell he was getting frustrated with me bugging him but I wanted to get it out of him

"Iloveyou" he said really fast so I couldn't understand what he was actually saying.

"Huh what was that? You said it so fast I couldn't understand"

"I l-love you okay" he stuttered.

"I know and I love you too" i replied innocently.

I couldn't help but to think that he meant that in a different way but I knew that if I confronted him there was a chance something bad about our friendship would happen.

We left the restaurant and went back to Dan's car.

"I really loved tonight. It was so much fun." I said to Dan.

"So did I we really need to do that again some time." He replied.

I nodded my head in response. We didn't speak all the way back to the apartment we just peacefully listened to panic!

It wasn't an awkward silence which was good but I could sense a bit of tension in the car obviously because of what happened at the restaurant. I decided I needed to break the silence once we had got back.

"so Dan what we going to do when we get back?" I asked breaking the silence.

"well we can watch some Netflix" he replied.

"Netflix and Phil" I shouted cheekily.

I heard Dan groan but the he laughed after.

"Yeah okay Netflix and Phil it is" he laughed.

We then decided to put on MCR. This album just brings back memories.

We sat there and started singing Welcome to the Black Parade.

By the end of the song we were both nearly crying. This song just brings back everything MCR will always be with us.

We got out the car once we arrived back at the apartment. As soon as we got in I ran to the cupboard to see if we had any popcorn.

Turns out we didn't so I knew i had to go shop.

"Hey Dan what flavour popcorn do you want?" I shouted to him.

"Uhm just get sweet and salty. As I like both flavours." he screamed back.

"OKay then I'm just popping to the shop."

I decided to walk to the shop as its only a fifteen minute walk there. I put my headphones on and listened to music.

The song always by Panic! came on first. I love this song it reminded me of mine and Dan's friendship.

I brought the popcorn then made my way back to the apartment.

When I got back in I opened the door. I heard a small whimper.

I ran to Dan's room only to see him crouched in the corner crying his eyes out.
