Part 16

Dan's pov

Look Dan I love you as my best friend. I don't know if I am gay or anything so I can't say anything else."

Those few lines that broke my heart.

He knew what he had said damaged me.

"Look Dan you know I love you. But I have just got out of a relationship" Phil said quietly.

"I know. I understand Phil." I replied. "There's nothing I can do about it."

I heard him sigh. I wanted to make it back to normal.

"So want to order pizza tonight and watch anime?" I asked with an awkward chuckle.

"Always" phil laughed. "But what anime should we watch?"

I sat there thinking for a while. We had watched loads of animes. But there is one that we haven't watched.

"Let's what blue exorcist. Apparently it's really good according to tumblr" I said.

"Yeah okay then what's it about?" He asked.

"Basically Rin Okumura is a teenager possessing abnormal strength and endurance who, along with his twin brother Yukio, was raised by Father Shiro Fujimoto, an Exorcist. Rin learns that he and Yukio are the sons of Satan, the strongest of all demons. Witnessing Shiro dying to protect him, Rin ends up doing what his guardian asked him never to do: draw the demon-slaying blade Kurikara, which restrains his demonic powers, from its scabbard. Rin gets permanent demonic features like fangs, pointed ears, and a tail, but also the power to ignite himself into blue flames that can destroy almost anything they touch." I said reading it off my phone. "Sounds pretty cool aye"

Phil looked so intrigued.

"That sounds awesome" he shouted.

"Okay blue exorcist it is then" I said.

We go back and Phil went straight into the kitchen.

"We actually have popcorn for once" he shouted.

"Yeah we brought some remember" I shout back.

He's too cute. He gets excited over really little things. Like popcorn.

"Phil what pizza do you want?" I ask him.

"Uhm just get like Texas bbq or something like that" he replied.

I went onto my laptop and went onto the pizza hut website. I knew this was where the texas bbq pizza was from.

I ordered a medium texas bbq, a pepperoni pizza and some wedges.

No one can go wrong with that.

I turned on the TV knowing Netflix had blue exorcist on it.

I got everything set up for me and Phil.

"Phil are you making the popcorn now?" I shouted hearing the microwave go off.

"Umm maybe."

"You realise we have pizza and wedges coming from pizza hut right"

"Yeah I just like popcorn and pizza I guess" he said innocently.

I just started laughing. I can actually Imagine him eating hos pizza with bits of popcorn on top of it.

"Whatever. Just hurry up so we can start watching blue exorcist. I've got it all set up for us."

"Okay ill be there in a minute" he shouted back at me.

He came back with the popcorn in one hand.

I pressed play on the TV and we watched a full episode while waiting for the pizza to arrive.

Then once it got here. We set it put in the middle of the living room so it's just in front of the TV.

We split pizzas as usual and then equally shared out the wedges.

We then literally spent all night watching blue exorcist and we watched all the episodes.

It turned out to be really good. I really recommend it to anyone who likes anime to be honest.

Around 3 we both decided we should get to bed.

"Goodnight Philly" i shouted from my bedroom.

"Night Danny" I heard him shout back while yawning after.

Then I fell asleep straight away.

I don't know when the next chapter will be as I am actually ill so I wrote this chapter simply out of thoughts in my head.
